  I ordered online from an item from a catalogue which was for 50% discount of any item . Which was a fantastic offer ,upon receiving confirmation of same ,a discount of free delivery was given instead of 50% placing the full cost of the item on my account. I have returned this item but have to pay returned delivery costs ....they have stated they entered the wrong code .

  I am very unhappy with my last 2 orders as they had a reduction code which was accepted on line, but when items received the invoice with the parcel showed them at full price & I, being disabled & elderly, had to go to the shop by bud to return them. So hassle & disappointment

  All items were excellent apart from the review apparently it only takes 15 seconds to fill in ?. The skirt in question fits perfectly and the quality of the materials are perfect.

  Items arrived on time stated. Well packed. .The jumpers I ordered were really nice and for once a perfect size. I have had trouble in the past that a size 18/20 was too small and the next size 22/24 was too big, but i see they now sell size 20 which fits me perfectly.
