Verified reviewI am truly very disappointed with the customer service from this company. It took over three weeks for the parts to arrive. The first package was not complete and they had to send another package afterwards. In the first package, two items were wrong and I am until today after several e-mails and phone calls still waiting for an answer how to solve this problem. The first package arrived on the 3rd of October. I am now almost into one week waiting for an answer on how to solve the problem. The second package arrived today with supposedly the two missing parts from the initial order. Ended up only coming one item. So I am now into two wrong items and one missing item. No answer what so ever, no refund, nothing. In many years of online shopping something like this never happenede to me before

Verified reviewThe store has incorrect information about the product. The picture does not show the exhaust. The customer service is terrible, they do not want to help me and cannot explain why they are sending a different product. The part number is the same as in the description, but all other information is misleading. They mislead the customer by suggesting that they will receive the product from the picture. Also, the item is not new, it has a lot of scratches that they do not want to explain or anything... I really do not recommend this store.
