This company is legitimate and tracking numbers supplied were fine but the website wouldn't allow me to enter my order number and I had to contact them by email - Good customer service response from Maribel - You can purchase with confidence but the products in my case were double the usual asking price, so balance this against how much you want or need it. The delivery is slow due to custom checks caused by Brexit comes from Spain via Netherlands - add a week or so to normal delivery time.

Purchased medication herbal for my dog who suffers from arthritis in her hips, the tablets which help her so much can only be purchased in Spain, Carethy sorted out all paperwork and sent over my Labradors much needed meds, the only downside is the time it takes to receive the medication, this obviously is not the company at fault but the Spanish postal system. Therefore if you require urgently I would recommend you buy ASAP as my items took 3 weeks to arrive. Carethy staff help in any way they can and can forward the tracking information if required although unless you read Spanish, (thankfully I do) this information is useless.

Whilst the price quoted on the website was competitive, they added an "Admin Fee" of £2.99" AFTER the final checkout total was shown. This figure was added after I had input my card details so there was no opportunity to cancel. I find this practice very underhanded and misleading. I would NEVER use them again. If they wish to refund it, I would be happier, but I think they need to abolish Admin Fees and instead if they need to raise prices slightly, that would at least be morally much better.

The soap sent to me is different from the picture on your website. The one sent to me if for “dull skin” while the picture on your website which is what I wanted is for “brightening and toning”. Secondly the delivery took too long, I was told the soap was in Netherlands at some point.

Answer by Jake RFlagNo, that's simply a lie. There was no option to remove this. At no point was the word warranty visible and no option to remove it.

I looked carefully for Clarins Dry Skin Cleansing milk, not much around. Carethy’s photo was of the product I wanted. The label was legible, so I bought it. What arrived was another product, not for dry skin. I sent feedback which was ignored until I reported my experience to Trustpilot. I then received an email from Carethy asking for the purchase reference which I supplied. Have heard nothing since then, really adding insult to injury. I had already supplied the purchase number when I first reported my dissatisfaction to them, so don’t know why they needed it a second time. All this is time wasting.
