  Before I give the game away, let me start by highlighting the challenges I faced shortly after I placed my order at Carethy. The product that I ordered was not in stock at all major UK retailers so I ended up ordering it by finding Carethy on Google Shopping. Shortly after placing the order I received an email highlighting that the product I’m after is not in stock and this meant I wasn’t going to get it in the time-frame I expected; this was not a problem. The important thing here is that the communication from Carethy team was concise and I knew my options: wait or receive a full refund. I was kept updated throughout the holiday season and knew when my order was shipped and its estimated arrival date. The day came when the postman delivered the order and I was over the moon because the EDT I was after has been discontinued in the UK and therefore this was my last chance to purchase it. Upon opening the big brown box, the packaging in the EDT looked different so I ended up opening the product and, to my surprise I received a variant of the EDT I was after. I contacted Carethy, and not only did I receive an apology but was given the option of a full refund along with the option to keep the EDT. It was not the best overall experience because I didn’t end up getting the product but the customer service ethos shown by the team was absolutely the best I’ve seen over the years. Full marks to the team for making what is quite a disappointment into as positive shopping experience with Carethy and rest assured I’ll be making my future purchases through Carethy.

  I was sceptical about my order, and although my item did arrive on time and the tracking was good throughout, I felt I was misled at the checkout when the price of my item increased by £16 for ' import or other charges, this was hidden until after I had made my purchase. This company needs to be clear and straight with customers before they purchase. Because of this I won't be using them again.My product said 100ml but I received 50ml !

  The cost is hidden it doesn’t show until you about to pay I realised the cost of shipping is more expensive than the product but I was desperate so I go for it. I already sent the pictures but because it was not in the posting package the refused return it or refund it. It was not satisfactory experience

  Cunning website that conceals the true price until the very last order screen. Unethical. Leaves you feeling you have been duped. Paypal £2,50, Admin £2, Customs £5. Didn't know I was ordering from abroad., Avoid this company. Lots of negative reviews online.

  Good morning, Thank you for the reply. We have transferred this information to our correspondant managers. We want to inform as well that many of charges that we inform are being told by third parties; as for example PayPal, we are not a payment platform but we use PayPal service so customers can use this payment method; therefore, PayPal puts an admin tax that we must inform on the check out but it is not something that we decide but PayPal. Before placing the order, you can see all charges and what are you paying for, so if it does not fit with you, you can decide to not continue with the order.   Paypal is still a hidden charge. You ask to select the paynent method, so I select Paypal, no mention of a charge. Then at a later screen £2.50 appears as a Paypal charge. Ridiculuous and underhand Also nobody else apples a fee to use Paypl. Nobody! Customs charge? Where did that come? I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it as from abroad. Underhand again. Don't try to defend your sharp practices, you know EXACTLY what you are doing AND SO DO I. Mr S.

  Website was easy to use, delivery was a bit longer then expected, but within reasonable time (about a week). I gave 4 stars as I thought the product coming within the UK, however it was delivered from Spain as it happened. Would prefer easy accessible information on where the products are shipped from.
