  Really poor communication. They didn't have the product I wanted in stock, there was a misunderstanding of my email communication (which had been perfectly clear) and I was sent the wrong product. I was offered the opportunity to return the product (denied upfront refund), however I would have to have paid postage to send it back. My initial postage was charged at £18 despite the online check-out saying this was about £4. There were also other additional costs added to my order that I hadn't seen on the online check-out, such as VAT and an admin fee.

  I had a horrible experience prior this purchase. They never had a product in stock, and had to cancel my 2 orders after I started chasing a week after a purchase my items. Apparently they did not had it in stock, and refunded me for my 2 orders. I refund was received via Paypal and second I had to open a dispute with my bank 2 month after still not receiving it as I paid by card directly. To be honest I thought that company is bogys, but after I saw guy next door receiving the Carethy box with all logos all over I calmed down. They do exist! So I decided to order again a perfume with is sold out everywhere, even in Europe. And to my surprise it was delivered almost 10 days later (from Holland for some reason). A bit squashed as it had no protected packaging, and was just in a plastic bag. But I did not care. I got my perfumes :) Would give a 5 star, but minus 1 for a packaging and minus 1 for the refund from old order I am still chasing up. Otherwise thank you for my limited edition hard to find perfume.
