  Excellent value but when I found out it was coming from Spain I got a little worried. Since our disastrous decision to leave the EU, foreign trade has been a lottery. Not do with this company. Brilliant service and I will use them again.

  Very poor. Very expensive product purchased and at no point was it detailed it had a two pin plug attached and an adaptor would be required. When my adaptor didn’t work and I reached out for assistance I was offered 60 euros off my next order!!!! Completely missing the fault or issue I needed to resolve. CLEAR details of all products should be shown, stating if certain adaptors will be required or if not universal around the world. Would not use or recommend I’m afraid. Poor customer service level and left feeling like they didn’t really understand my problem or even cared.

  I think the quality, range and prices are very good. The missing star is for a failure in delivery.. I knew it was going to be an extended lead time (approx 2 weeks) but in chasing up I discovered that the status was ‘delivered’. However, after I contacted the company, within 2 days it was delivered. Because of the speedy recovery, I will definitely re-order.

  I think Carethy take a lot of liberties with customs,for example I had collected a lot of points over a period of time to my dismay these points have been removed and no reason given not a satisfactory situation.

  Carethys web site is easy to use, their prices are very competitive and at times cheaper than places like Boots and Superdrug. Delivery is very quick. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for toiletries and cosmetics.

  Although the order was from Spain there was no trouble at all with delivery although it does take a little while with customs but I got alerts as to what was happening. Just a pity that we have to pay taxes now that we’re no longer in the EU. The product definitely helps me control my histamine intolerance condition.
