  The order arrived in the expected time, nice package. The first website showing the tracking didn't work well, only when it arrived to the UK that the Royal mail started giving updates, so I was a bit nervous before that. But all good :)

  Extreme bad experience! I wish I could order my baby girl multi vitamin from amazon! When I got mail from carethy, the syrup was broken into pieces & dripped all over the floor. I immediate left an email with images of the multi vitamin syrup but I got no response! Pathetic site. All I ask was to refund or send me another syrup! The email did went to them as it shows on my sent email box. Very bad experience from this site!

  I ordered the goods from them a second time, the first experience was so-so, the order came with a fight of 10-12 days. The second order surprised me even more, after three days it turned out that of 4 positions (two positions for hair dye and one hair mask and patches) there are no two and it is necessary to replace with something. Due to her employment and proposals, only a hair mask to replace, I did not pay attention at once that there was no more hair dye. Correspondence with them went about a week, they write to me today, I answer for one hour, they again, two in a day, I answer again for one hour .... at the end no one confirms my order and send me one position of paint for hair and two identical masks ... how cute ... For my money they sent what they wanted and not me !!! To my indignation, they answered me return to us one hair mask and we will replace what you want you .... What can you say ??? You would return the mask that costs 10 £ its sending 7 £ ???? I think no!!!! So I think I will make the next order from another company that for my money itself will not be decided what to send in return for the absent goods !!!

  AVOID. Placed an order on 5th April, for delivery 21st. They emailed me on 23rd April to state one item wasn't in stock! After numerous attempts to contact them to chase my order it took me raising a PayPal dispute for them to eventually dispatch & i didn't receive my order until 6th May. A MONTH TO DELIVER. And I have not received a refund for the missing item.

  I ordered an item from this company which was delivered incomplete so was not able to use. I emailed the company several times regarding the problem. they asked that I took a photo of the original packaging< which was packed by the, and had no bearing of the content of the package, as this was badly damaged on opening the parcel `as it ws so tightly wrapped on tape it could not be kept so was discarded. They will not help me as I do not have the packaging. Very poor customer service as I have an item I can not use. Will not use and I would avoid.

  I'd never heard of this company so was wary of purchasing from them, especially as my goods were coming from outside the UK. However, the reviews were mostly very good so I decided to give them a chance to impress. They did not disappoint.   Thus medication is only available in the uk with a prescription from the vet and they won't issue a prescription until they have seen the pet (despite mine being on this medication for the last 8 years!)... Consultancy fee £49.00. Prescription Charge £25.00. Aurizon medication £58.00 - Total cost £132.00. 2 bottles from Carethy plus shipping from Spain £44.00! Will use again for sure
