Verified reviewThe "uk"in their address suggests it is a UK company, but its Spanish based, and consequently there is some delay, but not great, in delivery. Overall good service and products

Verified reviewIt did take a long time to arrive (longer than the expected delivery date by quite a lot), and the website implied that the product was coming from the UK - Not really a complaint, I just think that it ought to be more clear. However, it is all here now and arrived in perfect condition.

I was charged an administration fee of £2.10 in addition to very high shipping costs. I have never come across this sort of fee for online purchasing. In addition I was charged £8.53 per unit and you now advertise it as £1.95 per unit. The whole experience has been troubling.
