Verified reviewWhilst the price quoted on the website was competitive, they added an "Admin Fee" of £2.99" AFTER the final checkout total was shown. This figure was added after I had input my card details so there was no opportunity to cancel. I find this practice very underhanded and misleading. I would NEVER use them again. Delivery was rather slow.

I'm not sure what the merchant wants me to do. I've explained their underhand tactics with regards to charging an Admin Fee. If they wish to refund it, I would be happier, but I think they need to abolish Admin Fees and instead if they need to raise prices slightly, that would at least be morally much better.

Good morning, We are seeing that the administration fee is for paying with PayPal. This is a charge that the payment platform itself is charging by using this payment method. We do not put it; nevertheless, this fee is explained in our General Conditions. Kind regards, Carethy.

Verified reviewI looked carefully for Clarins Dry Skin Cleansing milk, not much around. Carethy’s photo was of the product I wanted. The label was legible, so I bought it. What arrived was another product, not for dry skin. I sent feedback which was ignored until I reported my experience to Trustpilot. I then received an email from Carethy asking for the purchase reference which I supplied. Have heard nothing since then, really adding insult to injury. I had already supplied the purchase number when I first reported my dissatisfaction to them, so don’t know why they needed it a second time. All this is time wasting.

No, that's simply a lie. There was no option to remove this. At no point was the word warranty visible and no option to remove it.
