  No internet service at the city locker location, lots of problems accessing their system, finally we got the access codes, but again many tries to open the front door. We then deposited our luggage, and left their premise. Upon we tried to retrieve our luggage, first the front door would not open with our correct codes, even the Uber driver tried for us. Finally the front door opened, and we tried to open the locker. Same thing happened, the locker would not open with the correct code. It took something like 30 minutes to retrieve the luggage........what a nightmare dealing with this City Locker

  hello. thank you for your message. I assure you tower is working properly and you yourself have been able to verify that tower is working because your uber driver was able to easily use the service... are we responsible if you did not succeed?? have you contacted our hotline which is available 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and who could help you open the door and locker remotely??? we weren't lucky enough to have you online it's because everything went well contrary to what you say .... the disaster scenario to harm is useless ... it was enough to contact the hotline if you really had a problem ....

  City locker is great, but it wasn’t obvious that I needed to book in advance and wait for an email. I bumped into another traveller at the lockers that gave me that info. That said, it was very easy to understand how to open the door, and how the lockers worked once I reserved online. Great service, easy to access, and an excellent location!

  Hello Carlos, thank you for sharing your opinion. The prices of our lockers can be found on our website and they are really reasonables. It’s important to notice that the indicated price matches the price by locker which can contain up to 4 suitcases from 8:00 to 22:00 but we are sorry if the prices didn’t fit your expectations. Furthermore, the price for some days can decrease to 2 euros if you book for several days. We wish you a very good day and we hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon.

  The system is very good: easy, clean and fast. I don't rate with 5 because we had some problems going into tle place, It was very hard to open the main door using the numeric keyboard. Maybe it has broken. Despite this, I'll use it again for sure because I like very much the system.

  Hello Lukas, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

  Reserving the locker was easy and and I received the codes by email and sms right away. Storage room location was great. Once inside the place was cleaned and locker was big enough for my suitcase. The issue for me was the keypad to enter the place did not easily recognized the code. When I dropped the suitcase, I had to enter the code 5 times before room door opened. When picking suitcase up it didn't work at all, luckily someone was inside and helped me get in. There is nobody on site to help in these cases and no contact number where one cloud call to ask help on these type of issues.

  Easy to reserve online and to enter the code to open the door and the locker. Our locker large enough for two 22" suitcases and 2 small bags. Very convenient location about 2 blocks from Gare de l'Est (although Google maps took us on a longer path to get there). It was 15 Euros for all day.

  I liked this because it’s just one large locker, that can fit several bags, and you can access it throughout the day. It seemed more secure than the other luggage storage services as there’s a code to get in and a code to your locker. However, it is a bit inconvenient to have to prebook online and the price seems a bit high for something only open until 10. It would be nice if it was 24 hours.

  Brilliant. We used city lockers to lock our luggage up for the day while we visited Paris for the day before staying nearer Disneyland. Really easy to use & lovely safe area & building. Would recommend, I researched lots of others too & thought this one was best.

  This was my first time using a locker service and it exceeded my expectation! The locker was in a convenient location and extremely easy to use. Was able to spend our last day in Paris without worrying about or lugging around our bags. Will definitely be using again!

  Great luggage storage with lots of locations across Paris. Easy to use, safe and secure. Booking was simple. Ok value for money as it a flat rate for the day.

  Useful in the city and easy to access but the description was inaccurate, it said three pieces of luggages would fit, hardly fit one luggage and a bag.

  It is quite pricy, 12 euros for one day. If you are in transit and literally want to leave your suitcase for a couple of hours, you still need to pay the full daily rate.

  Excellent service. I had to leave my bags for 4 days as I travelled elsewhere and they were thankfully kept safe and sound! It’s quite secure as there are various codes to enter/open lockers and I am so happy I found this place! Would 100% recommend and use again. Some people have complained about the prices but I am not sure what they expect- they are in a huge European city using a service to keep their belongings safe in a central location - the pricing is quite reasonable considering this.
