  Problems opening the door, with the locker code, they gaave us a locker with other people stuff inside, no answer on the phone line (they write SMS to solve the problem).. Averall expensive for the experience.

  We had to Pay 3 times beacuse the page change the mail automatically after we confirmed another one, the mail with the pin code never arrive the first 2 times even though we paid them terrible sistem !!!!!

  Straight forward and easy to use, worked great. Only suggestion I would have is that since there is no kiosk, you need to have an internet connection to get a locker (may be difficult for international travelers).

  I kept two large cases there for 1 week while we traveled elsewhere. The security was good. CCTV cameras and solidly locked doors helped us feel our items were safe.

  It was a very clean place and we felt safe leaving our luggage there. The only problem we had was to get into the room. We had some problems opening the door with the code. But in total: we were very happy with booking the locker.

  The box was broken and we had to use a lace to keep it closed. The phone for inquires didn't work. Also the vending machine didn't give us the products paid. A bad experience and a waste of time.

  We had such a great experience at the Opera CityLocker in Paris. The booking process was easy online. When we arrived, we got in easily and were able to stay our time in the city without our bags while waiting to check in to our hotel. I would use this facility again.

  Very easy and straight forward. In a great location to the Gard du Nord, less than a 5 minute walk. We dropped our cases in the morning, visited Monmarte, and collected them in the afternoon. The lockers are a good size and I could fit my suitcase, rucksack and coat inside one.

  I am really satisfied with navigation on the website and it was easy to find the location. It helped me to have all code numbers for door and locker at hand on my arrival. However, I would have appreciated to find a table or kind of shelf to put the suitcase on while arranging things.

  Nice convenient location, but the space was rather small. (So when multiple parties were inside at the same time - which happened as we dropped off, and when we picked up - it was a challenge to move around and store, or remove your suitcases). Codes worked, but you had to enter the number slowly, and it sometimes took multiple tries. Don't know what we would have done without this service, so it was good to have it available - but the experience could have been better.

  The process of ordering a locker was very complex. So much so that I ended up paying for more than I had to because I originally booked for the wrong date. You should just be able to book a locker on site like most other locker programs in big cities. After a long international flight this process was exhausting for me.
