  Very good service in an excellent location. Only thing that could be better: provide more clear instructions on how it works, it was not extremely clear that in order to recieve the access codes the reservation had to made on the website before arriving.

  The dimensions mentioned on the website were different from the size of the locker allotted. We had planned to put 3 bags in our locker, but were forced to rent out an additional locker at the last minute, after depositing out 1st bag. Had we known this, we would have gone to a different service provider, who charge per bag

  Hello thank you for your message I want to reassure you that the dimensions indicated on our site are the dimensions of our lockers. W 48 cm x H 61 cm x D 85 cm are the dimensions of a rented locker. You should make sure that your luggage(s) will fit in this locker. Depending on the size of your luggage, you can store up to 3 cabin suitcases in 1 locker.

  Cómodo, rápido y sencillo. Recomiendo tener cuidado con gente que se puedan encontrar en la puerta con dudosas intenciones. No entrar a dejar las maletas con otras personas dentro y comprobat que la puerta quede totalmente cerrada tanto al entrar como al salir. En mi caso había una persona dentro que no llevaba maletas, me preguntó si hablaba francés y tuve que decirle que saliera para meter los códigos.

  My luggage was kept safe and secure for a few days while I went out of the city. The only suggestion (or word of warning) I would make is that you cannot choose the height of your locker. I’m not very tall, and I was traveling alone, and I was assigned to a locker rather high on the wall, meaning I had to lift a very heavy suitcase up there. Other than that, however, I felt like my stuff was safe, and it’s a great location—a two minute walk from Gare du Nord’s main entrance and its metro/RER entrances! Would recommend!

  At first we looked for another company that has lockers in the city when we arrived, but we didn´t find it, so we searched for others and City Locker appeared. We booked the lockers in front of them and we were given access right away, doing all the process through our phone right there. We used it again on the day we left and it was great again. We strongly recommend it.

  I just used this service near Gare du Nord August 14-17, 2022. I'm from California and I chose this option as I needed to go to London and then back to Paris and didn't need to bring everything with me. I saw the reviews here and was hesitant but saw these around Paris and many people using them. So you go online and book the time range you want and make sure to pick the correct location. You will pay for the entire day and the day is 8am to 10pm so the day you start and the day you end are counted as whole days and keep in mind their opening hours. The location is automated there is no live person there but the owner is easily accessible and responsive and they have video cameras there to monitor for any issues and for security. Once you pay online you get an email immediately with the codes. There are two codes, one to enter the facility(main front door) using a keypad outside. The second code is used to open your locker using a keypad inside. The locker will pop open. The lockers are a good size you could put several carryons in there or larger suitcases but check the dimensions online. If you close the door and need to open again just use the code again. It is secure and seems theft proof. This is a very short walk about 4-5 minutes or two blocks from the train station exit on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis. It is in an alley off that street very easy to find. Now it is true that the keypad inside doesn't always work the first time. You don't need to panic and start entering the code and pressing buttons like crazy. Just take a deep breath and wait 10 seconds and enter the code again nice and slow. Don't press the keypad like you're text messaging your friends. If you hear any beeps while pressing the keys it means there's an error just wait and enter the code again. I had interaction with the owner as my train back from London was delayed and arriving after 10pm so I wouldn't make the 10pm closing time. I was worried as I had a flight the next morning. Apparently this time restriction may be for safety reasons.The owner took care of it after using the contact form on the website. Everything worrked out fine and I would use again.

  The hours are terrible. We didn't realize this was not 24 hours access... your luggage is only accessible.between 8 am to 10 pm. We nearly missed our flight because our luggage was trapped in the locker after their 'open' hours. It caused us tremendous stress and expense on account of not being able to access our luggage when we needed it.

  You should consider making your facility 24 hours. Tourists are arriving tired; speaking different languages, stressed trying to navigate your website and even getting a phone to work internationally is difficult, so people don't read all the stickers on the door or the fine print of emails. Maybe if you had a big sticker with the times on each locker door, we may have noticed it. My review may save some other tourist from making the same mistake we made about the hours.

  Overall a very good experience. I read each locker would hold 3 pieces of luggage….I didn’t see the dimensions. I would say 3 small pieces of luggage. Fortunately we were able to get 2 additional lockers at the same sight. We were in process of moving my daughter here for school so we had 4 large cases, 1 small case and 3 backpacks which we managed to fit into 4 lockers. It was great to have a place not to far from our BnB to drop our luggage in the early morning when we arrived while awaiting our 3 pm check in. It allowed us to sightsee in the interim. I would definitely recommend!

  Excellent, it couldn’t be easier. Secure and clean facilities. We left a couple of big pieces of luggage for a week while we traveled Europe with backpacks. After booking online we received an email confirming the booking and a list of daily codes we could use each day for the main door and to access our luggage. That’s very convenient as it allows you to come back at any time during your booking to pick stuff from your main luggage in case you need it. Really satisfied with the service and we’ll use it again.

  I messed up and booked the wrong day. Staff were helpful and sorted it. Small niggle - all communication was by email & text. I did not spot their email response telling me it was sorted so I tried calling the provided number but no reply - which was frustrating.

  easy, handy and very well located, a few min walk from Saint Lazare Train station and Opera / Roissy Bus, it's super practical a bit pricey if you only need it for a few hours (between check out and transport for instance) as they only do prices for the full day, but I am satisfied

  I had a great experience with City Locker. It was convenient (happened to be close to our hotel), and they were very prompt with the access information, and the instructions were good. On top of that, I needed to extend the reservation by a day, and the person I worked with via email was very helpful in extending the reservation. This was a great service and I would definitely recommend.

  Lockers should be in two sizes with two prices. Too expensive. Too high to put heavy bags in (for a woman). Promote WiFi. No cell reception.

  Excellent. A handy service located between Gare du Nord and Gare l'Este, and closer to the latter. It is not staffed, and operates entirely based on online booking and keypads. Separate codes are issued for the door in the street and for each locker, and they are unique to each user. What is more, if you rent a locker across several days, the codes for door and locker change each day. All codes are issued to you when your booking is paid for and confirmed. We found the place easily,b it was clean enough, in an area frequented by many travellers. There is an unavoidable set of stairs if you approach from Gare l'Este, so be prepared to carry your luggage. We found the booking and usage process seamless, and would recommend if you need to store luggage in Paris near the stations.
