  The door lock wasn't opening with the code I got on my phone, had to contact them to open the door for me. It was such a mess both when I went there to put my stuff and came back to take them. They should improve their door lock. Otherwise everything was fine.

  This is a great service - accessible, convenient and easy to use. The size of the lockers is generous, either for those with large cases or travelling lightly but as a group. The only aspect I'd change would be to have a different entry code for the door, located on a busy street, and the locker itself once inside. It strikes me that this would make it even more secure.

  Had a fantastic experience - great location 5 mins walk from the Gare du Nord, totally efficient - love that you get codes and manage access yourself. Great customer service when I had to extend my rental. Excellent all round!

  The code system worked perfectly, but a bit pricy in my opinion. Also I struggled slightly to find the location from Gar d'lest, had to go up a steep pair of stairs with my luggage to reach the street level. Maybe I just took an anwkard route. Also a bit of a walk from Gar'D nord to pick up.

  Thanks for your feedback. The locker can feet up to 3 luggage so that it make 5 euros per day/locker = best price in town for a secured luggage storage :) The google link you have on your booking confirmation helps you find the location.

For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

  Good way to store luggage. Lockers are quite large. We reserved three lockers because we had 6 suitcases and, in the end, we only used 2 lockers. There is no possibility to cancel or modify the reservation once you have paid. That is not right.

  Very useful for travellers needs. Wonderful location - not far from the shopping centres, restaurants, Roissy bus CDG Airport, ReR A to Disneyland and a supermarket. Information about usage is available next to the door via QR code. The locker is to order online which is very clear and easy to do.

  Literally booked use of this locker the night before I needed it after a quick Google search. The access codes were texted and emailed immediately, & Google maps directed us easily from Gare de l'Est. It is a 5 minute walk from both Gare de L'Est and Gare du Nord. Good size locker - fitted a large suitcase plus bags inside. Only downside is some are up high - it took me and my husband to lift it due to the weight (family of 4) so just something to bear in mind if you are a lone traveller, or family travelling with only 1 adult. Can't fault the service - it did exactly what we needed it to do, and our luggage was stored safely for the day

  City Locker was a life-saver when I had hours to kill before my flight out of Paris and didn't want to drag lots of luggage with me. I had gone first to Bounce Luggage which felt like a scheme because they were not at the address given (I'm glad I didn't pay site unseen). City Locker was great, everything worked as expected, they cost was reasonable and I felt safe the whole time.

  Convenient, Secure way to store your bags so that you can explore Paris between travel or lodging check-in. This is located right near the Seine, Notre Dame, and the Jardin du Luxembourg. Its a great place for photos, souvenir shopping, and choice of many cafes for dining.

  Really good offer to let your bags one day and go around in the town. Downside is a bit difficult to gather all the information. For example, the door is a bit heavy to open, don't give up, your code is valid, the door is old! Second, please note that a box is very large, enough for 4 backpacks or one big luggage. We did book several boxes before entering the place because we didn't know how big the boxes were. Otherwise great good location secure.

  The site is easy to use, booked without issues, codes for locker were delivered almost instantly by SMS. The location was easy to find and figure out how to use, located very close to Chatelet. Good value for money, close in price to other similar services. All in all was very satisfied with service.

  The Eiffel tower location was very good. The keypad works well and was super easy and safe. The locker was big I could fit 2 carry-on and 2 duffel bags. Amazing.

  It felt really safe to store our luggage here for some hours. We were told it’s not possible to store luggage at the train station because of the terror attacks in Paris the later years, so we were happy to find this place. We got a code both to open the door, and to the locker, and the price wasn’t too bad.

  City Locker made everything so easy. The location was convenient to the train station. Everything was clean and safe. The lockers were spacious. We were so glad to be able to explore Paris without carrying all our luggage. We'd do it again if needed.
