For a short period of time, we moved our delivery service from a Next day service to a Two-Day service as we had issues with the one-day service. We've now rectified this and all deliveries will be sent out next day. It also looks like your parcel took a lot longer to be despatched than normal. As a standard, we attempt to send out orders within 24 hours. Sometimes this does fluctuate, though, due to temporary staffing issues. After ordering and payment was told no stock in warehouse but it would be sent by a store, then was sent to warehouse rather than directly to me causing huge delays in the studio. Then shipping method took a further week to arrive.

The products were good as far as I can tell although the paste arrived too late for me to use in my art class as intended as the delivery was very slow indeed. The order was placed on Saturday and the items were delivered the following Friday afternoon. Not sure if this was Evrin’s fault or Cowling and Wilcox’s but it was very disappointing. The brushes look good although I haven’t used them yet, either, as my latest project was acrylics and the brushes are watercolour brushes.

I have been looking for graph paper of this size for years. I discovered this outlet through following a knitwear designer who recommend this place as stocking a useful size of paper. However, I can assure this is more down to local drivers than Carriers. Hermes (pre-Evri) had a terrible reputation but since they've changed to Evri things seem to have improved very well. We now rarely get complaints about our Carrier services. If you would really rather use another carrier, please feel free to contact us once you've ordered and we'd be happy to switch to another Carrier, eg.
