  Pleased with all aspects of the order.But!Delivered in about a week.Came in two deliveries same day. Roll of canvas personally signed for with photo . Second delivery the oil paint was left on doorstep, door was knocked but driver did not wait for me to answer door, just left it there. He did photograph it on the step. Delivered by Evri.

  I wanted to but a daylight lamp but it wasn't in stock however customer service went to the trouble of calling me to apologise which was above and beyond expectation. Plus they arranged for the rest of my order to be delivered free of charge as an apology. I wish everyone I shopped with was so lovely. Thank you Cowlings

  I have only given an average grading on account of the delay between ordering and shipping. When I order I expect shipping to follow the same day or next day as with many other companies – unfortunately this does not happen with C&W. I require paints promptly when I am in the middle of a painting. One other thing: I found one of the acrylic pouches leaking on delivery with paint oozing out. It looked as though the pouch had been slit with a craft knife during packaging, so care must be taken when packaging these pouches, they are more prone to damage than the regular tubes of paint.

  Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry your gods took so long to arrive on this occasion. I can assure you that we do our best to despatch all orders within 24-48 hours and always on a Next Day delivery service. Unfortunately, during very busy times of year this can sometimes slip for a very short time as we catch up. This year we've taken on extra staff and have set up more dispatch stations to cope with the spike in traffic.   I purchased 16 Cartridge pads, or a class of seniors who have a free 3hour lesson every week. I was pleased to be able to obtain the pads for £3.99 each, great value. I shall use them again, it would be nice to get discounts or donations occasionally too.

  Disappointed with aspects to delivery. My order was over £50 so therefore had free delivery. But it wasn’t clearly stated how long it would take for me to get my order. I enquired about the delivery and was told it would take 5 days just to be dispatched, therefore I would not have received my order for at least 8 to 10 days. I found this to be unacceptable. I had no choice but to take next day delivery, which cost me an extra £6.99. I was not happy in the slightest. I did not get any acceptable customer service. I felt the person I was dealing with was only interested in getting the extra money for next day delivery. I am extremely dissatisfied and will think twice about ordering again. I got the impression that if my order had been below the £50 I would have been dealt with sooner. But because I never paid for postage with my order I would have received it when ever they felt like sending it. I am really not happy. I will not be recommending you.

There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding here and I do wonder, on this occasion, if we've done a terrible job of communicating. I can assure you we don't differentiate between orders with free delivery or where a delivery fee has been paid. We tend to despatch within 48 hours often within 24 hours. So, I assume the "5 days" comment was a total worst case scenario. In fact, I've looked into your order and am happy to see it sent out from us within 2 working days of receiving your order. We also send out all deliveries on a 24-hour tracked service so you would have received your delivery soon after it was despatched. Once again, I'm so sorry for poor communication on this occasion and I'd be happy to refund your £6.99 fee for Next Day Delivery. I hope this helps and I'm sure if you use us again things will run a lot smoother. One of our customer service team will be in touch soon to refund your delivery fee.
