  Really slow delivery…. Item arrived 12 days after ordering. They use Evri. I ordered something from another online shop and was shipped with Evri also. It arrived next day! So don’t blame the shipping company.

Regarding my order, I ordered and paid for them from Cowling and Wilcox and on receipt of my order and money, Cowling and Wilcox sent them to me. I guess the whole transaction is worth 5* as it all went according to plan

  Ordering easy, items dispatched straight away and initially delivery seemed okay. There were 2 parcels but only one delivered, this is where Cowling and Wilcox really stepped up. I emailed them, had a reply within a couple of hours where they prequested a delivery of the 2nd parcel. This didn't work so when I contacted them again a new item was dispatched while the initial problem was escalated to be investigated. I consider this to be an excellent example of customer service, let down only by the delivery company.

  Cowling & Wilcox! can't fault their prices, swiftness of delivery and a customer service they can be proud of, a great selection of everything for any style of art or craft from the professional artist to children's beginnings with everything in between that you can think of from a website that's simple to follow and one that carries endless products, an artist for over 70 years, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
