  Thank you for taking the time to review us and I'm so sorry you had a bad experience with us. I've looked into your order and I understand you ordered 4 different block printing inks. I believe the leaf green and vermillion inks look as if they are not full. We checked in our warehouse to see if they were part of a faulty batch and it they definitely are not, the items also had not been opened and had not leaked anywhere. We also checked with the supplier and they confirmed these were fine. These items do not come sealed unfortunately. However, we understand why you may think these have been used so our customer service team have told me they emailed you to ask if you would like a replacement or a refund and we are still awaiting your reply. I'm so sorry it took so long for us to get back to you but your message did not come into our customer service message system. I know we've apologised to you but I'd like to do so again for the slow reply. The moment we hear back from you, we'll act on your decision. Once again, I'm so sorry you weren't 100% happy with the products we sent you.

  The significant problem encountered was registering a delivery address different to the billing address. It was initially possible only to get both either billing or delivery address the same. The web definitely requires some tweaking. How we managed it eventually is still a mystery.

  Thrilled to see very competitive offers on the site but experienced poor management of delivery - booked and paid for next day delivery on a Sunday (expecting the goods to arrive on Tuesday). Tracking information indicated delivery anticipated for Wednesday. Complained to C&W who blamed courier for delay. When parcel arrived label on package indiated PREM48 delivery. Requested refund and was informed that the difference between standard and next day delivery would be refunded so I then had to go back point out that my order was over £50 and qualified for free delivery, so eventaully the full delivery charge was refunded. Not great.

  Had a slight issue to begin with a missing wing nut and bolt but now it’s arrived about a week later this is great , easel that is and simple to collapse for simple storage and mobile as in just one minutes it’s an easel then it’s a suitcase 🧳 size easily portable outside easel in minutes so it’s just what I need and it’s been so easy to assemble and simple to get to the size of a carry case either storage or for work outside thanks, Bri D

  I am not very technical but I did find the site easy to navigate thank goodness.I am very happy with my order. I did not spot my parcel on our doorstep and when I phoned to query the delivery, which it said I had signed for, the girl on the other end was charming which I appreciated.

  The packaging was just a bubble wrap envelope. The corners of the sketchbook were not protected. The pastel pencil was loose in with the sketchbook damaging it. The paintbrush was loose in the envelope nothin to protect the bristles. It arrived in a mess. I’ve been ordering from other sites which arrive in a box protected with corrugated card or boxed with no plastic and this just feels like you’re not paying your packers enough so they just don’t care.

  I'm so sorry it took so long for you to receive your order. I totally understand your frustration as the time you had to wait was totally unacceptable. The only explanation I can give is that just when we thought we had a full grip on deliveries to EU countries, everything changed yet again a couple of months ago with our couriers and external processes. The complicated nature of this process threw our whole procedure for a few weeks there and unfortunately you ended up caught up in the middle of this. I totally understand why you wouldn't want to use us again but I can assure you things have improved hugely in the past few weeks and we're now turning around EU (and other international) orders as quickly as domestic ones.
