  I was disappointed to find that it was a mixed pack of card with only one sheet of olive. I may not have read the order correctly but I thought I had read a pack of olive card only. The card is the usual excellent quality.

  I had a couple of vouchers for a retirement gift, after being baffled why every time At checkout £3.50postage was added. When Inspke with customer support and C&W they agreed that this would be reimbursed. I haven’t seen or had news of the latter yet. Terrible service.

  The website is customer friendly, there appears to be an issue however on delivery as next day delivery did not happen, my parcel took 4 days. There was no response to my E.Mail or phone message the following day either, eventually I managed to recoup my postage payment the next day.

  This is the first time I have used Cowling & Wilcox … and the last! I made my order with them on 03/01/2022 and have not yet received it, today being 12/01/2022. I have had to contact them to obtain a ‘status’ update and told my order has been despatched and to allow 3-5 working days … fair enough … but I have already been waiting 7 working days! … not so much as an apology … which would have gone a long way! I would definitely not recommend C&W … particularly if you require your order reasonably quickly and efficiently!

  Had a good experience with Cowling & Wilcox overall. Good communication and customer service from them. The only issue for me is that they contacted me with a query about my order via their site which I wasn't expecting. After a week and no email I then thought to check the order status on their website and I found their email. I was then able to arrange delivery.

  I was given a £50 voucher for my Christmas present with the gift sender thinking that I would not have to pay for the delivery if they spent that much since delivery is usually free for purchases. Not only was it not free, (I had to pay for delivery of my present a it appears vouchers to not count) it was difficult to work out how to use the voucher on the website. Christmas opening hours were not easy to find on the website, so I rang the number on the website thinking that if they weren't open there would be an audio message. However, the lines were open with no message and a queue of people waiting to be first person in the queue for no one to answer. So not a customer focused company and they have lost any future custom from myself and my family for not paying for delivery. If it is free delivery when spending over £50 or more it should be free for a voucher.
