  I'm so sorry your goods didn't turn up in time for Xmas. As I'm sure you can imagine, we were very busy the week before Xmas week. However, we did manage to send your goods out within 3 working days on a First Class service. This meant Royal Mail had 4 days to dleiver your goods before Xmas. Frustratingly, they didn't uphold their end of the deal and, having tracked your parcel, I can see it was delivered yesterday. I'm so sorry about this. Kind regards, Guy, Cowling & Wilcox.

  I was not sure which product to buy so I rang for advice. This was extremely helpful and clear. I then asked if I could place the order there and then. The person agreed, explaining it might take a little time, which it did. The only downside is that I paid for next day delivery, but it did not arrive until 5 days later, but I accept this was probably down to problems at the Post Office being Christmas and CV19 affecting staffing levels.

  Thank you for sending the matte lacquer I ordered. I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure it will be a good product. However, on opening the package, the lid was very broken due to the flimsiness of the plastic. I would suggest dispatching such items in a box rather than wrapping in an envelope.

  highly satisfied with my order. Great quality products at very competitive prices compared to the few main rival art supplies companies! (I am a professional artist/printmaker). Bought these for my grandchildren, ranging in age from 2 - 12 years old. They loved the great coloured pencils and the small pack of crayons (2 year old). Fab service, best prices and brilliant to deal with - my favourite for art materials shopping. Just wish there could be more quality printmaking supplies available for me!

  I had to ring customer services as I inadvertently ordered 2 of the same thing. I received an email from Cowlingandwilcox asking if I wanted to complete my order (I thought I'd completed & I had) I presume a glitch in the system. Customer Sevice were excellent, stopped the unwanted order & refunded my money promptly.

  I added to my order over the phone the same day I placed the order on line. I paid for it straight away. When it didn’t arrive I called to be told that I needed to email to say I’d paid. Seems a bit odd but once they saw it had been fully paid they despatched the goods. I’m just glad I chased it.
