  The online communication with the sale staff was very poor, confusing to customers. You have to follow the order with emails and messages properly as it’s not difficult to purchase or delivery of my orders. I or my son always shopped at your Shoreditch store for the last 15 years, the service was great and still is. I could not find the click and pic option as my billing address on my account was Australian. But I indicated in the order message that my son will pick from Shoreditch store, and sent a email with all details re order to you.

  Excellent products let down badly by poor customer service. Although a discount was offered, the online form wouldn't accept the discount voucher. I contacted customer service via the company's website but could get no response. It was not a great deal of money but I would not use this company again, as a matter of principle...

  I ordered 2 A2 cartridge paper pads and I was expecting to receive the usual portrait pad, but got landscape instead of portrait, I did not see this mentioned on the details. Disappointed!
