  The website was a bit of a nightmare as regards having an account already. It couldn't make up its mind if I had or didn't have one and when it decided I did it wouldn't accept the password I knew was correct but when I clicked 'forgot password' and used it to reset a new one it said I couldn't use one I'd used before. Other than that all else was fine. The delivery was very fast.

  The delivery was quicker than expected and the quality of products is decent. I plan to purchase again from this website in the future because it’s hard to find art supplies in a budget especially as a student.   C and W have a great range of art materials and always at competitive and fair prices. I can go to their shop in Canterbury but more often I purchase online. Orders are processed quickly, are suitably packaged and arrive with me within days of placing an order. Over this last (covid) year I’ve needed to order online more often and have never been disappointed. The website is user friendly and easy to navigate and they often have great bargains which I’m a sucker for. When I have been able to visit the shop in Canterbury the staff have always been really helpful. They’ve always been happy to show me around if I can’t find what I’m looking for. They point out deals and answer honestly any questions I might have about how to use a certain product etc. They seem really enthused about their work and working in the shop and that is so refreshing. A perfect shop for anyone artistic whether they are young, a learner or really experienced. I totally recommend C and W!
