  So pleased that Cowling and Wilcox had the decency to ring and email me over a mistaken double order. Many companies would have put them through without double checking with the customer. The gentleman who phoned me was polite and excellent service agent for the company. The goods that I ordered were of fine quality at a very decent price.

  As an old Grandma sheltering at home for endless months, like millions of other people during this pandemic, I have been unable to interact with my beautiful grandchildren. One of them is particularly interested in drawing and I was really pleased to be able to send him art supplies through Cowling & Wilcox.   Great service and and very quick delivery - unfortunately the Daler Rowney A6 sketchbooks I received were different from the ones I have been using for the last 30 years, which have been made using 150g/m2 cartridge paper - the ones supplied were made with smooth, thinner white 150g/m2 paper. The problem of on-line purchases where the actual product is different although the description is the same..

  I ordered the Daler and Rowney tabletop easel for next day delivery. Didn’t come next day but Cowlings contacted me, refunded postage and told me exactly when it would arrive. These things happen but usually it’s up to you to chase. In this case Cowlings were on the ball. Very good service.
