Came quickly once dispatched but took 2 weeks for that to happen. I contacted them after a week had gone by after ordering and didnt get a reply. Good price and fast delivery once posted but poor customer service and slow to dispatch.

A bit concerned with delivery schedule at the beginning as buying from France and required these trainers to be on time for our holidays ...they weren't available anywhere in the uk and my partner wanted a specific type - but worth the risk as it's better to have tried and failed than not tried at all ... and Ekosport did not let me down

When I wanted to buy a pair of Novablast running shoes, most places were sold out, but Ekosport had them in stock. Although I had never heard of them before, I checked to ensure they were reliable. Excellent site, great service. The Tenaya Indalo which I purchased is an incredible shoe, I recommend 2 full UK sizes down from street size for performance fit. They are comfortable however can start to get painful after long sessions without taking them off briefly. Despite not being advertised as very capable on slab, I believe these shoes are great for small edges as well as smearing onto steep angled volumes. I recommend spending time on adjusting the closure system and once this is set there is very little need to ever adjust it again. I am a huge fan of these shoes and suggest they should make a part of any serious climber's collection.

The item I ordered never arrived. Weeks later they finally decided I could get a refund but they required me to fill out a ridiculous declaration form stating I was not allowed to accept the item if it did arrive. They also demanded I send them a copy of my identification which I was not comfortable with so they finally agreed to just accept the declaration. The whole ordeal took 4-5 weeks to come to an end. Worst experience iv had online shopping.

Awful experience. I found I very reasonably priced board and binding set. Unfortunately it went missing in the mail. Not there fault or mine. But the service I received after was awful. Very reluctant to send a refund. Evenly after months I did get refunded nut I was charged for the postage. I contacted them by Telephone to finally get it resolved. The customer service team on the phone are very nice and helpful.

Very expensive p&p but gave me a delivery window that was in plenty of time for the holiday. Actually got delivered nearly a week later when we were already away. Tried to return as we’d had to buy another ski helmet originally said over £14 to return and then said you can’t return helmets at all, not even ones that haven’t touched a head! Quite deceptive about prices looks cheaper than elsewhere but the postage makes it the same price or more and then it takes forever to arrive. I’m left with an unused ski helmet

Appalling treatment, I have not been refunded for my returned order, value of £205.80! Ekosport should NOT be trusted. My return parcel was tampered with, so that they can wriggle out of paying the refund due to me. This is a dishonest and unreliable online supplier.. do not buy from them!

Took about 10 - 12 days to deliver parcel. Item did not fit so arranged for return with Evri at a cost of £14.99, (no other option available). Arranged for collection on 14th Feb, somebody from Evri agent tried to collect on 13th, asked them to return on 14th as arranged as parcel was not ready. No one came on 14th, eventually on 16th I took parcel to agents depot where they could not give me proof of return but accepted the parcel. On the 21st Feb someone from collection agent turned up again asking about the parcel. To date (25th Feb) I have had no confirmation of return or notification of refund. Needless to say I will not be buying anything from this company again, terrible customer service.

Delivery time wasn’t too bad. Returns process not good. It took nearly 3 weeks to get my refund even though it had been received within days of sending back. It wasn’t until I chased it that it was received.

Great website, great service, great prices. The reason I didn’t rate 5 star is that - within 15 mins of placing my order I contacted the team through their website and asked to change the size of the skis. They didn’t pick up that message and respond for a number of days, by which time they’d already personalised and shipped the skis in the size I didn’t want. It’s a credit to how quickly they dispatch skis, but the contact system on the website is obviously not fit for purpose.

I ordered a Fjallraven Bergtagen coat in a colour that was sold out in the UK. Ekosport sold it at a great discount. I was nervous about buying from France having read some of the reviews about poor delivery, and I was worried about Customs duties post Brexit. But my delivery was very fast (5 days) and I had no problem at all with Evri (my courier is great). Customs duties / VAT were included in the price so there were no problems at the border either. I would definitely buy from them again.

Order not delivered and Ekosport refusing to send replacement or issue refund. I ordered skis and bindings from Ekosport on 24th January. Despite advertising a 4-5 day delivery time I didn’t receive confirmation from the delivery company Evri that the skis had been shipped until 31st January. Ekosport were adamant that they shipped it before this (despite there being no tracking). It is now 12th February (19 days since ordering) and the skis have still not been delivered. Evri customer service have stated they cannot locate the parcel and have advised that Ekosport should send a replacement. Although I have forwarded this to Ekosport customer service they have refused to send a replacement (or issue a refund) and are insistent that the parcel might still be delivered. Although Ekosport customer service do respond to emails after a few days they have consistently refused to acknowledge issues with the delivery. Unfortunately, whilst Ekosport continue to only use an unreliable delivery company like Evri and refuse to take responsibility when there are issues I cannot recommend that anyone should order from them.
