Verified reviewThe shipping process was far too slow, and you are unable to track it at all. Even after it was delivered (10 days) the colissimo site still showed it as awaiting customs clearance. At no point did telhe link in the email sent to me provide any realistic tracking. The process of paying VAT up front to ekosport, then paying vat on the vat during the import process, makes buying from ekosport simply too challenging, pricing too vague and delivery too unreliable to use again. Emailing Ekosport took 5 days to get a response. Unacceptable in this day and age when your tracking of parcels is so appalling.

Verified reviewNo real issues, apart from the whole VAT/Customs Charges thing, but it was exactly as Ekosport.co.uk described on their page. Really only a 5 minute exercise on reclaiming the VAT and a couple of days for refund of VAT to hit my account (after delivery). Other companies (Telemark Pyrenees) simply don't charge VAT and sell to UK VAT free, and then you pay the VAT on delivery. Ekosport's approach is only slightly more complicated though, so a minor gripe

Verified reviewTrying to contact Ekosport other than email is impossible. E-mail responses take days. Dreadful. I opaid full VAT on my item, and then was charged again for UK Customs. Now I have to claim this back from Ekosport. The whole response and customer service does not fill me with a level of assurance.

Verified reviewDo not use this site. The products are heavily discounted which makes them seem much cheaper than the U.K. However the customs charges are extortionate (£75 on a jacket). Customer service appalling. They don’t respond to emails within 48 hours as promised and don’t pick up calls.

Verified reviewIt is unfortunate that I didn't read the negative reviews on here regarding the customer service prior to purchase. It is impossible to get through on the phone. Having rung dozens of times between their advertised hours I have yet to speak to someone over a ten day period. You cannot leave a voicemail and there is no call back feature. On every occasion it rings off after 10 minutes on hold. Facebook messenger messages are not responded to. Emails are responded to by an automated generic system with no answers to questions raised. All it requires is a short email just to simply acknowledge the concerns. Literally banging your head against a brick wall. I've never experienced such poor after sales service. Never ever again. I have no doubt as per multiple other reviews I have seen that the response will attempt to negate my claims. Be warned and don't make a similar mistake.
