The time between the purchase and dispatching was unusually long and since I am in the UK and the package was shipped from France, overall, time between purchase and delivery was over a week. I also got charged for custom taxes, which I had to pay the carrier BUT Smallable refunded those to me on the same day. At the end of the day, their prices were great, the products were great, and their customer service was amazing. Would definitely recommend this site

Verified reviewGreat product range and quick delivery. Customer service was fast in replying and the problem was resolved fast by sending a replacement product (one product was received broken). Only negative is that some products do not have size information and the picture can be misleading (I thought the product would be bigger from the picture than it was in reality). All in all I would buy again but pay more attention when it comes to not having sizing information for particular products.
