  I have placed a large order on Smallable and was informed upon checkout that I would be refunded any duties/customs I pay upon receiving my order. I have reached out to customer service in this regard along with proof of payment and have yet to hear back from them.

  The order took too long to arrive, not according to the provided time of delivery. Secondly the size guide for both items was wrong and as a result I had to return items.

  Love the site variety of products however the delivery is not to the standard expected . I have ordered a bouncer and should be delivered within 3 days and it’s been more than a week and has not been dispatched yet
