Verified reviewThe delivery was delayed even though on the website they declared delivery in 24h. It was before Xmas so it’s understandable and they informed of the delay, however had I known they wouldn’t make it, I’d chose another store.

Verified reviewHad to pay a £48 fee for shipping from Europe plus £12 shipping from the site. Coat ended up being small wanted to return but you have to pay more fees when returning, wouldn’t recommend.

Verified reviewThe Mosh! water bottle is very cute and pretty as described in the Smallable website. It was shipped out quickly by Smallable but took a little bit longer to deliver to my house by DHL due to the import duty/tax imposed by the Canadian custom/collected by DHL. The customer services staff in Smallable was very helpful to process the import duty refund promptly. There is a lot of nice products available in Smallable and I will definitely order the products from this company again.

Verified reviewShipping was quick but there were a couple of things about the experience that were not so great. 1. I never received an itemized order summary, so I couldn’t double check what I had ordered. The email confirmation just confirmed that I had placed an order, but didn’t specify what was in it. 2. I tried to log in to find my order, but the system didn’t recognize me. 3. The product was quite poor quality. I ordered slippers sized 2-4, and my 23 month old’s foot didn’t fit in the opening of the slippers, so I had to throw them away. The slippers were poorly designed and certainly not suitable for most children’s feet.
