Verified review3 weeks after being told my prefer has been shipped. I contacted customer services to be told that my order had been lost, and the product has now sold out. I hope they are more competent at processing refunds than orders. The one star is for the politeness of the emails from customer service.

Verified reviewI’m from Canada. Smallable provided prompt processing of my online order and it was delivered from France in just 3 days which was amazing. The Jellycat Husky was in perfect shape and exactly what I ordered. I paid a customs charge to the Canadian government when the product arrived at our border. Smallable specifies on their website that they will refund customs taxes. I completed Smallable’s online form and with a couple of emails to Camille and Bertrand, the refund was in my account within just a few days. Their customer service was excellent. I felt like they valued me as a customer. I will definitely shop with them again!

Although you have refunded me on the poor-quality products, I did not receive compensation for shipping cost and inconvenience caused. Hence, I am not comfortable ordering from your site again.
