  Even though there was a small delay int eh registration of all the samples, we have sent 8 samples and there was a delay to let us know that 3 samples were too concentrated for the analysis. Also, the turnaround time to receive the results is higher than with competitors such as plasmidsaurus.

  I sent some samples from a PCR to them, and I specified a purification to be done before sequencing. My results were not good. Fortunately, I had kept a sufficient volume of the PCR to do the purification myself. I calculated the concentration then sent the same samples again, and there I received fully usable sequences. I have very strong doubts as to whether the purification was carried out !!!! despite their reply in the affirmative. I would have appreciated that you specified the concentrations of the first round of samples whatever the method you use. I would appreciate a commercial discount for my next command.

  The online ordering form for tube seq service is fairly good. Although the server reorders my sample based on sample ID or primer even if I originally upload it in the order of the barcodes. This system is quite puzzling at first sight. There is no error, but one need to pay extra attention when attaching the stickers to the tubes.

  It is OK service. The problem is not in time but rather in communication about the results. To be honest I have given up to send an Email to Eurofins as in the best case you get an answer after 3- days. If you get one at all. Communication has to get better otherwise the company will lose clients.

  Generally, I am satisfied with Eurofins Genomics. In the recent past, they could deliver (to Portugal) faster and I wish they could return to this efficiency. More than once, the primers came with a wrong sequence. This was checked twice by sequencing.

  Sequencing reactions are processed very quickly and the results are readily available. With Oligos the order takes up to a 7 or 8 days which is too long in my opinion. Other companies are significantly faster.
