  easyly working on your webside, quick ordering and delivery! One suggestion: is it possible to send the primers just in an envelope made of only paper or plastic? We seperate our waste and it is difficult with current envelope..(mixed paper and plastic)

  Everyone I communicated with at your distributor GenSeq was very nice and helpful. However, I only had to communicate with them so much because your internet pages eurofinsgenomics.eu are incredibly unintuitive, cluttered, and difficult to navigate. I highly reccommend hiring a professional to redesign your website.

  They are unreliable. We regularly send samples to them because they are the only company matching our needs on the market. The samples are supposed to arrive overnight and be processed for the next day. Sometimes it takes up to a full week to get the results from them. Sometimes we are sure of the good quality of our samples but they still fail to measure them and provide the results at a lower quality than expected (and paid) For example they sequence samples and return 200 nucleotides with poor reliability while it is expected to get 800-1000 nucleotides. They often push you to upgrade your request with a supplementary more expensive service but it often fails to improve the results. My experience with another company in Switzerland a few years ago was way better. The customer service quality was also unsatisfactory when I contacted them. So Eurofinns has a large margin of progression.

  My favorite company! We order primer, genes and sequencing service here and responses come quickly and are helpful. A non-working primer was synthesized again for us, which is a great service! Just NGS/WGS we do elsewhere because of the costs.

  I don't like at all when it happens I make a mistake with the scale of synthesis or kind of service and you keep the order under review indefinitely without notifying me. If you warn me that I have to correct the order I can make it soon but if it is up to me to check the order page to see it there something wrong the order i too much retarded
