  Glisshop ordering was great - customer service was very helpful (I asked if I would need to pay customs on an import into the UK - they assured me I did not). I was concerned with their selection of courier (Evri) as I have had mixed results with them - but they did deliver.

  Looked at lots of shops for the snowboard i wanted. Glisshop had it in stock at the best price I could find. Easy to order great communication and my board arrived very well packed in good time. Would definitely recommend glisshop to any of my friends.

  I was slightly worried ordering skis from Glisshop given the whole VAT and duty issue buying in the UK, but I needn’t be concerned. Just as Glisshop said, there was nothing extra to pay on delivery. Good price too

  Great skis at a good price and a good selection. I’d use them again for more equipment. Only frustration was waiting on Evri to update the tracking. I had very little notice from them for the actual delivery for me to be at home.

  This is the second time I have ordered these boots from Glisshop. The first time the UK courier lost the package and Glisshop gave me a refund for the item. (But not for the postage, so I guess the couriers still got paid ?) Now I have re-ordered and actually got the product. In total it took about 2 months; 6 weeks to get to the point of giving up on the courier on the first order. (And you may have seen that first review for these.) a little time to get a refund and then re-order the exact same product. 1 week for the order to arrive the second time. But I am pleased that I now have the product.

  Item as described and very well packaged. Only criticism was that they ship to the uk only one or two days a week. So i had to wait a while before it dispatched. Once Evri got the item it was with me very quickly. I did message Glissshop to which they replied promptly with an explanation (regarding the dispatch delay). I would definitely use again .

Originally needed boot bindings but did a little price comparison and found this was the cheapest supplier, price was so good ended up buying board & binding. I also thought I may have to pay additional tax on arrival. Even more surprised to find all taxes were included.

Both items were dispatched in the same parcel and it would seem that one of the items went missing in transit. We contacted the carrier EVRi to open an investigation and you received a refund for the item on 26 March as we no longer had the product in stock.   Good service, although I erroneously received the wrong size item, which meant I had to return and cancel the order as timings precluded ordering a replacement. Postage costs and the item were fully refunded, although there is a delay whilst the item travels back to France etc.

  For a shop that sells so many brands and products, it takes a little while to get the hang of the filters. However, I did work out how to find the skis I wanted... Ordering etc. was OK - ditto the end of season discount. Delivery was three days to the appartement in the Alpes.

  I ordered ski helmet, and two ski goggles for my ski trip. I didn't have much time left until the trip so I was a bit worried that the order might not arrive in time(I'm in the UK so wasn't sure how long the customs would take) but it did! I made a call to the customer center and they told me it should be no problem and indeed. Right on time! I highly recommend Glisship!
