  First time visitor to this site, came up via Microsoft, we got a really good deal on the sunglasses, £60 cheaper than anyone else. Despite being from France and we are in the UK. Brilliant service, cannot fault them, would 100% recommend Glisshop to anyone.

  Very good order and return service. One star less as when I did my return I did not receive any email or paper to proof I returned my items. I was a bit afraid. In the end I received my refund but I was in doubt all the time until a refund confirmation arrived.

  Ordered Reach 20L Rooibus (Blue Ice). Order well packaged and rcvd on time great job. Pack is perfect for UL escapades and have bought the matching helmet carrier net to go with. Only note is the side pocket is a bit shallow for water bottles and can eject them as you climb. However pocket is really meant for securing longer kit. Also designed to be used with hydration bladder rather than loose bottles 😁

  I bought freeride skis to use next season. It was my second order from Glisshop as I bough new boots this season. All arrived safely and amazingly quickly / seamlessly with all customs formalities taken care of. The bindings were set up perfectly for the boots, and in case of questions the team at Glisshop have the technical knowledge to advise on products if you need it. All in all a great buying experience, and I will definitely be back on the site the next time I need some more gear.

  Product and delivery were excellent. However, there were no instructions for visor removal and replacement and similarly the ear coverings. Whilst you were eventually able to help (the makers Cairn weren’t interested) I do feel you should be taking responsibility and ensure the products you sell come with adequate information.   I had to wait for the helmet 3 weeks. The delivery was within the EU. The company didn’t even inform me that there is some issue until I contacted them. Overall very bad experience with the shop.

  I ordered my first Snowboard and Bindings and i absolutely love my new board. Small slight black mark on the board but doesn't effect use and the rest of the board is pristine. I will order again and will use Glisshop in the future, thanks for the great bit of kit!

  I had a positive experience with this shop, a little difficult to communicate with them if you are not in their main market; also, they do not deliver in all EU countries, so I had to find solutions to have my order delivered in one of their countries of operation. Overall, it was worth it as they were the only shop having the Bolle helmet I was looking for at an unbeatable pricing.
