  Great selection of ski’s and prices better than in the UK. All inclusive of taxes too, amazing! Package with flexible option to change bindings which came fitted to our specifications. Slight delivery issue with EVRI but not fault of Glishop. Emails were answered same day. Overall, very impressed would highly recommend.

  It’s a shame I can’t give 6 stars! My order came in 5 days even thought the website said 8-10 super happy about that, the quality of the products is superb I now feel like an Olympic skier when I’m clipped into my new skis. Thank you Glisshop you have gained a customer for life!!

  Awful service. The delivery details were not filled completely and therefore I was not able to received the delivery since the address provided is to a warehouse place and if not filled correctly it would not arrive to the proper receiver. I missed the terms by not obtaining the parcel on time. VERY DISSAPOINTED, I would not recommend your store. THE RECEIVER DETAILS MUST BE ALWAYS FILLED AS PROVIDED.

  Absolutely brilliant! I spoke to staff on numerous occasions on the chat. They were always really helpful and really patient with all my questions. They helped me pick the right snowboard to suit me and I’m so happy with it! The boots came up a little small but returning them and ordering a new pair was so simple. Can’t rate them highly enough.

  I ordered a pair of skis and a snowboard. The skis arrived in time and correct. The snowboard is still to arrive. It’s been stuck with Evri since Saturday the 12th October. I am still waiting for a replacement to be sent and it’s the 23rd today! Not very responsive to emails or the chat system. Not very good

  I received good notification about the delivery time and my skis were packed safely when they arrived. The communication with the team was excellent. The skis bindings were fitted really well. It’s the second time I’ve bought ski packages from glisshop and they always do a great job!

  Hi the only reason I have dropped one star off is because you use EVRI as your delivery provider. They have a terrible reputation and I would not order from someone if I knew in advance that they use EVRI. But aside from that your customer service is fantastic and the products are brilliant . Thanks very much!

  I received a great discount on my purchase, which I really appreciated. However, the delivery was delayed by a couple of days, causing me to cancel my hiking trip that was planned for the day after the original delivery date. The customer service team was a bit slow in responding, but they were helpful once they did. Overall, it was a decent experience despite the setbacks

  It cost me £22.00 to have something shipped to the UK, it wasn't clear when ordering that this was the cost for shipping, kind of felt a bit cheated when I saw how much had come out my bank account. Otherwise the product is great.

  The service from Glisshop was excellent as a UK based customer I do worry about ordering from the EU, but the whole process was seamless. Once my bindings were in stock they arrived as expected. I would recommend them and will more than likely order from them again for my Ski equipment. I also used their chat facility while researching and found them very knowledgeable and really quick to respond. A good experience overall.

  Great service. Used the printed chart to determine the boot size for my daughter. Then filtered on the sizes and picked the boots she liked. Fits perfectly. Arrived a couple of days before the estimated which she was over the moon by. Cannot fault the service and process.

  I was sent the wrong item and communication has been very bad. I’m still waiting for the item to be collected or even confirmation of it after 1 week. I have tried my best to resolve this issue and it has caused stress for me. I would hesitate using this service

  I ordered my product on the 21st August. It is now 5th September, I have yet to receive my order! They use Evri as their delivery service who are shockingly bad and considering the amount of money spent on the products Glisshop sell, for them to use the worse delivery company to handle their products. Would not use again! I have also emailed Glisshop to resolve the situation and have yet to receive a response.
