My Cosmos lll were 7 years old, and nesting the end of their life, but were so comfortable. A replacement pair of updated Cosmos lll at c£210 solved that problem.

The delivery was very, very slow. 4 days after placing the order, Evri (the delivery company) still hadn’t received the goods!! And for this poor service they have the nerve to charge you £20?!?!? Unfortunately, shipping times from France to the UK can vary due to customs controls and delivery dates are therefore only estimates. Far from "dedicated experts", Glisshop are "apathetic novices" based on my experience. I purchased a pre-season board from Glisshop in July. I received the wrong board from Glisshop in October. I returned the board immediately using Glisshop's return process. Upon receipt of the returned board, Glisshop took over two weeks to initiate my refund which they say was made on 20 November. It wasn't according to my bank. To be honest I still don't know whether the refund was made and I won't know until my next bank statement in December. And here's the real kicker - the YES Shifter XTRM, which is the board I ordered from Glisshop back in July, "doesn't exist" in their shop. These are the words of Glisshop. Please consider my experience if you're thinking about using this company. They advertised a board that they did not stock ⚠️ Their returns process takes over a month ⚠️ and the refund process takes longer still ⚠️ Don't expect any communication from them unless you initiate it ⚠️ Glisshop as ever you have the right to reply and to make your voice heard. My best advice based on my experience would be to avoid them if possible ⛔️ If you can't avoid them, then strap in and buyer beware 🙈🙉🙊 On a positive, if you're lucky enough to be sending it on the mountains this year, I hope you have an awesome time. The snowboard was collected from you by EVRi on 22 October and refunded on 20 November when it was returned to us. The money will have taken a few days to be credited to your account as we are sure you will have seen on your bank statement. As for the returns process itself, return parcels are collected at our hub in the UK and returned to us in bulk at regular intervals in the interest of keep the return shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. I wish you every success in the future in the hope that this success is driven by real improvements. To the buyers like me who are tempted with a good deal, be advised the process was lengthy and agonising. Thankfully it's a buyer's market at the moment and a lot of retailers will match the price of a competitor if asked to do so. Glisshop prices are very competitive so you can leverage this with other retailers selling the same product very easily (and save yourself the pain). Peace 🙏
