No issues with the original order, initial delivery time, or product quality. What is very disappointing and should be much more transparent at time of ordering, is refunds will take at least a month to be refunded back to your account. This is despite the goods having being confirmed as received by a local (UK) agent a few days after generating a return. What is the point of this step if it isn't to benefit customers who have made a significant outlay on ski equipment to expedite the returns and refund process? As it stands, my returned goods would have been with Glisshop and their representatives for nearly two weeks, and yet I still will need to wait another 3 weeks(!) for my funds to be returned. This delay is unheard of, and deeply unsatisfactory.

To keep the return shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, return parcels are collected at our hub in the UK and returned to us in bulk at regular intervals. This can therefore take 3 to 4 weeks as is clearly stipulated in the relevant email you receive from us. The website is easily surfable, rich of explanations, technical info, size chart etc etc. prices are kinda of fair for the market season and brands variety well spread amongst items. We bought skis, poles, ski boots which have been perfectly delivered and matched our expectations 100%. I strongly reccommend glisshop!!!

Excellent shop and staff. Can’t praise them enough. Responsive and knowledgeable, excellent service and the price you see is the process you pay. No hidden courier or tax costs. Cannot fault the service and delivered on time. They deliver Tuesday and Thursday to UK so if you are having bindings fitted make sure you build that time in for the binding fit if your delivery date is crucial. That said still got here within a week of ordering

They took my money, then after waiting for a couple of weeks the product was lost in transit, and then they made me chase them multiple times and then fill out a form to get a refund. Person on the phone was lovely, but the overall experience was dreadful.

Hard work. I tried to order board amd bindings as it was an offer. System kicked me oht and accidentally reordered only board. Emails back and forth none stop while offer still on. They wouldnt honour deal, even had the cheek to tell me the lrice would be nore for bindings than advertised on their site . Will be buying the rest of my equipment elsewhere. Very hard “customer service” to deal with.

Great product at a good price. Delivery was quick and efficient. My only issue was a Glissshop emptoyee assured me on the phone that delivery would be delayed a few days until I returned to the UK from holiday. When I returned the products were outside my house and could easily have been stolen.

I returned my parcel using Evri (your nominated courier) on 21.11.24. Since then I have numerous conversations with Glisshop, Evri and GFC your UK warehouse. I have confirmation from Evri that the parcel has been delivered to your GFC warehouse, but not returned to Glisshop. Thus far this return is in its 9th week, with me having a very large PayPal amount outstanding. I have spent hours getting paperwork from Evri, GFC, and spoken with 4 people from Glisshop (and correspondence) since the 21/11/24. I have received help from GFC and Evri, but nothing tangible from Glisshop HQ. I can't understand why your HQ can't speak with GFC and get some resolution. A very unhappy customer that just followed the procedure from Evri, when they emailed the day after I received the package to say 'if I wanted to return, this is what I do'. Please help to resolve this outstanding refund.

The message from Evri was confusing as it came the day after my jacket was delivered saying "if you want to return, Evri can do this for you". Be assured, to avoid a lengthy delay, I would have used you at Glissop first. I would suggest that Evri change their words to meet your needs. My refund has now been received.
