  Nice goggles and delivered on time in suitable packaging. I can’t review them as a product because I’m not skiing until end of Jan. I will review when ready. Glisshop seem to be a reliable and professional company and I would do business with them again.

  Ordered skis and binding package, which was despatched. We tracked the package, the courier never attempted delivery and updated that it had been sent back to Glisshop. Despite on line chat, email and 2 phone calls Glisshop refused to refund me, stating they wouldn't refund until they had received the skis?? My only option was to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back. Absolutely appalling customer service when they knew I hadn't received the skis. They offered no apology, explanation and showed no proactive approach to resolving the issue with the courier. I would not recommend the company, I have now ordered the same ski package through a well known competitor and they were delivered within 5 working days.

  Not used Glisshop before but the had just the ski boots that I was after at a good price. Even though I live in the UK, delivery was quick and the boots fitted perfectly. Very pleased - Merci Beaucoup!

  I rushed into ordering my ski boots following a fitting only to realise I had ordered tour boots which wouldn’t fit my skis. I contacted customer service to cancel the order the following day but was told it had already been shipped and to decline the delivery when it arrived in the UK which would’ve been a pain… I can’t remember the gents name who contacted my shortly later to advise he’d managed to cancel the shipment before it left France, saving me a bit of faff. Really chuffed with the customer service and will be shopping for my ski gear with gliss moving forwards. Thanks again.

  Great products with almost unbeatable prices. Have bought products from them which always arrived promptly and well packaged, updates were great and regular giving me assurance. Their customer service for UK is always excellent and they are one of the few companies left you can actually phone and speak to a real person straight away, and the calls are always answered, again I find this really assuring. Have had great experience with my purchases. Glissshop UK is my go to site for any ski products every time.

  My second pair of skis and bindings from Glisshop – and always brilliant buying from these guys. Keen prices, excellent delivery from abroad, and you can phone them up and speak to a person fast if you have any concerns. Haven't tried the skis yet, as I'll be off to the slopes in December.

  I was hugely disappointed with gliss. I ordered a fleece and the delivery service provided and.contracted by gliss failed. However it required me as the customer to recognise the problems and inform gliss. There were two attempts and all that took several months.in the end gliss gave up as they couldn’t manage their courier service and refunded me. But this did not compensate me for the time, ultimately wasted, I took trying to assist gliss in providing me with my chosen fleece.

  It became faulty after only a few months, chest strap fell off back pack, possibly crushed in storage. Part sent over a week ago to fix the item but still not received. If you live outside France I would not order as customer service is difficult and slow when or if something goes wrong. I would not purchase again.

  Really easy to shop and configure the skis I chose; all options were clearly outlined and priced, very easy to select and see the price. And the price was very competitive when I cross-shopped the skis against Blackcrows own store and alternative ski stores in the UK. Delivery information and tracking were clear, the skis arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would certainly buy from Glisshop again.

  Had not realised product was not UK based at time of order as site was under a .UK. Good communication from seller and courier but the delivery was let down by stating a Friday delivery only to be changed the day before to the following Monday. This would not be such an issue if it was a free delivery but it wasn’t.

  I had an excellent experience with Glisshop, they have great selection, including binding recommendation at different price level - loved it. I pre-ordered, the order arrived well ahead of the planned delivery date. The equipment was securely packed, came in perfect condition. The only slight drawback was lack of communication with the store: I tried the website form with no response, finally calling them help. Still a great shop, highly recommended!
