  Site navigation was very easy, delivery date was on time, 20 per cent discount a good incentive to buy more. Only negatives is the are the very high import duty and shipping charges for 14 energy bars from France to the UK - £19.90 - which invalidates the value of your discount.

  I was impressed with the selection on the site and ordered some trail running shoes. I was gutted to find the updated version of my usual running shoe is now narrower so no good for me. I have been trying to sort a return ever since ! What a nightmare! I’ve e-mailed, called, gone through the online system, e mailed again! And still no instruction on how to actually complete the return. It should be easy as with other companies- this could not be more difficult!!

  I ordered a snowboard jacket I’ve had my eye on but the price was always too much. I saw it at glisshop for £50 cheaper! I was sceptical about it but ordered it anyway. It arrived super quick and tracked all the way. The jacket far exceeds my expectations and the service has been top notch. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered with glisshop and it’s always been great service.

  The web site doesn't make it clear that if the glasses are returned costs are over £40. the web site is a .co.uk but the company ship from outside the UK. if you are in the UK don't use.

  Very happy with my purchase - size 45.5 Scarpa Mojito Hike GTX boots that are not available in the UK in half sizes (which I needed for a perfect fit) and for 30% less than the UK retail price. Had had a very bad experience earlier in the year trying to source them from a German outlet, resulting in getting my money back in the end by undertaking a credit card charge back, so was nervous of undertaking another 'cross border' transaction. However, I was able call a UK number to speak to an English speaking person. They confirmed that Glisshop had the boots in stock in their warehouse and that all customs payments were included in the price. My boots arrived within 2 weeks. Joy. A very easy and reassuring shopping experience and I would happily order from Glisshop again.

  Good service replied to my email enquiry within a day. Skis arrived safely packaged and kept updated on their progress. The only issue were the binding wasn’t set at the right size but I corrected it with no issue. They had set it at the size that I had given them and that was on the side of my boot but it did not fit for some reason. Very good value compared to resort prices which I had initially looked at.

  Got a ski service kit delivered to the UK. Website was easy to use and there were no hidden charges, this was all sorted by Glisshop. Since brexit this is an issue when buying goods from the EU however this was all dealt with as part of the ordering process and made it a hassle free purchase. The kit arrived as expected and as described, the videos supplied by Glisshop on youtube showed how to use the kit and went through everything I needed to know. I would definitely purchase from Glisshop again and would, and have, recommend them to others.

  Good price but poor customer service. Order was dispatched initially without correct customs documents so courier had to return item to shop. I then had to chase up the order on 2 different occasions and also send a written complaint about not being informed on the progress of the order at any point. Complaint was acknowledged swiftly and it turns out order had been despatched 2 days prior but no communication to this effect had been made. Website shows shows as UK based but items are despatched from France. This is misleading and a typical reason why I prefer to order from UK based companies to avoid these sorts of issues if possible. Would I order again? Probably not.
