  good site -- easy to find the (Zag) skis I wanted and it only shows what's actually available to buy (re model, sizes, binding options etc) so no time wasted putting in an order only to find it is not available later on. Glisshop sent updates advising how the order was progressing with an order tracking link that actually works! Skis arrived in perfect condition, including the box they came in -- so well done to the courier. No import tax to pay (skis came from France), but don't know if that was a one-off

  My son placed the order for me having purchased his own skis this time last year. I was sat alongside him when he did it. He was able to ask me all the relevant questions and to show me very clearly which skis would be best for me (irrespective of price) taking into account my age, ability and approach/skiing style. The fact that he could do it so easily and the fact that I have a pair of skis that look to be just right for me (K2 Disruption - I have not yet skied on them) is testament to the quality of your web site. The fact that they arrived within one week of placing the order, that they arrived via DPD within the 2 hour delivery window notified to me and the fact that they are in perfect condition following transit and that the bindings are set correctly has all added to a very positive experience with Glisshop who I will be recommending to friends and other family members. The price also was excellent given the quality and specification of the skis which I have chosen. I am really looking forward to skiing on them this winter.

  Good price for skis & bindings, all set up as per my instructions. Packaging for the skis is not great - a few light scratches on the skis when received - and delivery from France to UK was not the quickest. Finally, I am missing the free ski bag that was promised with my order.

  The sun glasses are amazing however it took weeks for them to come . I had to spend a lot of time chasing DPD trying to find the glasses. The address has not been put on correctly, you said it was DOD and they said it was you. Even when they did finally show up the address was incorrect thankfully the DPD driver knew me. So great product but poor postage. They were a birthday present for my daughter but sadly they were very late coming.
