  Glisshop were excellent. I had an issue, my new skis arrived with a dent on one of the skis. I contacted glisshop and they immediately arranged for the skis to be collected and a new pair sent out. Their communication through out was excellent and the staff were very helpful. I’d definitely use them again.

  I ordered a pair of heated gloves for my son as a Christmas present and although I only ordered them in mid December I received them from France in plenty of time. My son is delighted with his gloves and I would have no hesitation in using your service again.

  this was my third order, the second and this was a case of overlapping emails and bad timing, the first order was for a set of Scott skis which they can't sell to the UK, a note on the item about this would have saved the hassle of ordering then cancelling and looking again. Having said that the staff I dealt with were great, understanding and gave good advice, I would have no problem using them again.

  Website fairly easy, order very easy, & stuff comes quickly considering the mess the UK have made of Brexit. Tiniest of niggles, hard to compare products on the web as sizes filter didn't work & this may have been an impulse of middle age, still better than a Harley D bike!
