  Delivered as indicated. The delivery charges to the UK are not insubstantial but they are clearly indicated at the checkout. I understand that Glisshop is located in France and I have only ordered items that I knew I would not require to return. I'm not sure that I would order if I wasn't so sure. However, Glisshop does appear to retain stock that is not available in other outlets, which has proven very useful.

Your order has been shipped on the 25th of November and after your contact with our customer service by chat on the 06th of december, we opened a claim with DPD to try to locate your parcel.   The service has been great but they charge £40 for returns even thou they promote themselves as in the UK with a .co.uk website. Its not stated on the website about these high charges, they only charge £19 for delivery but £40 to return

  I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but as the price was so good decided to order with Glisshop. My original order included items made in Ukraine and British customs prevents import of items from Ukraine - but Glisshop communications were excellent and the order was quickly cancelled and fully refunded. I ordered an alternative set of skis and bindings during the Christmas break - they arrived within a week in the UK - bindings fully fitted and adjusted for me and my boots. Overall an excellent service - highly recommended.

  Glisshop is by far the best shop I have ever used for ski gear.. the prices are excellent the service is efficient and now the fears of brevity have receeded their prices include tax and shipping and mean you gave nothing to fear.   I've been a Glishop customer for almost a decade, but sadly this has now ended. If I could give a zero I would. I completed several orders from the UK, however, one of my packages never made it to my home, and it got returned to France, and is now being returned back to the UK. I'm yet to receive my products and this whole process has taken well over a month. I returned another product as it was the wrong size, and after having to pay for the return delivery, I was then treated to being refunded £15.00 less than what I paid for the product. Customer Service throughout this process has been particularly unhelpful, or quick to offer solutions such as resending the same goods whilst the others were returning to sender. This is probably largely affected by Brexit, but it appears Glishop has given up its UK customers.

  Very easy to deal with. Website is explicit in explaining that there will not be any additional fees, customs duties, etc to pay on delivery, which is far better than many competitors manage. Price was as competitive as ever and delivery was ahead of schedule. What’s not to like?
