    My products got sent to France. And then returned to the warehouse. I had to contact them to chase up my order and question why it had been sent to France. Was sent to a DPD page all in French which was useless. Luckily the products were great, mainly because they were nothing to do with Glissop.

    Ordering the product was easy (skis with bindings installed), the price was great and they were shipped promptly. Unfortunately they were packaged poorly (insufficient protection around the bindings) and one of the brakes was damaged. We were not home when the package was delivered and it was accepted by one of our neighbours. I immediately contacted Glisshop via email and via their online form, and provided photos of the packaging and the damage. After three days I had not received any response so i phoned. Getting resolution took another week and I had to do the chasing („we‘re still waiting to hear from the delivery company“. „We don‘t know when we will have th spare part needed“. When that part was finally shipped I received a confirmation email from a ‚no-reply‘ automated mail address at Glisshop telling me my case was closed. Today I received the replacement part which I was able to install myself. Very disappointing customer service experience.

    Ordered boots to be delivered to uk. Cheaper than anyone else, all delivered within 5 days. I would order from here again. I think most of the bad reviews are from people who don’t read the small print about being charged for returns, that’s to be expected as you are sending the item back abroad.

    I placed an order in 29/1/2023 items needed for a ski trip end of February. The money has been taken from my account but no delivery. When I chased this direct with Glisshop I was advised the parcel had been returned at France customs and that I could not have express delivery so they would give a full refund (only when the package arrives back to them). All the items are now out of stock or substantially more expensive. This has left me without items for my upcoming ski trip and also out of pocket. Absolutely shocking customer service and a ‘sorry’ in an email is all I am offered. I would strongly recommend you look at your delivery process as I am gutted now and don’t have my items for my Holiday which you have ruined - until I get the refund (when you get the parcel back) I cannot buy replacements anywhere near the cost. Shocking service and absolutely gutted.

    When inputting my boot size for mounting bindings to my skis I accidentally provided my size to big and mondo size correct. Instead of contacting my to find out why the information I provided was incongruent the binding were fitted on the mm size I gave. Of course soon receiving my skis the boots don’t fit. Then due to your error I have to pay for the return shipping fee and regardless of that it has been over a week since my return arrived at glisshop and I have yet to receive my refund. I’m sure this is a rare case at Glisshop but this case has been a real waste of my time.

    I live in the UK but because an embargo on Ukrainian products (my skis had a component from Ukraine) I had to opt for a delivery in France at Selfbox. The skis, Nordica Spitfire 70s were good value, set up perfectly for my boots and delivered promptly in 4 days. I had a great ski holiday in Chamonix and began saving money on my hire skis.
