  Amazing service, spoke for 30 minutes to a very knowledgeable man about ski boots. He explained the fit of the different boots and was really helpful and i saved a fortune buying through Glisshop.

  The products are sent from France so all the issues re Brexit make it difficult. The products were good but I would not order again because of the delivery charges and the customs formalities. The co.uk address is misleading.

  When inputting my boot size for mounting bindings to my skis I accidentally provided my size to big and mondo size correct. Instead of contacting my to find out why the information I provided was incongruent the binding were fitted on the mm size I gave. Of course soon receiving my skis the boots don’t fit. Then due to your error I have to pay for the return shipping fee and regardless of that it has been over a week since my return arrived at glisshop and I have yet to receive my refund. I’m sure this is a rare case at Glisshop but this case has been a real waste of my time.

  I live in the UK but because an embargo on Ukrainian products (my skis had a component from Ukraine) I had to opt for a delivery in France at Selfbox. The skis, Nordica Spitfire 70s were good value, set up perfectly for my boots and delivered promptly in 4 days. I had a great ski holiday in Chamonix and began saving money on my hire skis.

  Delivered as indicated. The delivery charges to the UK are not insubstantial but they are clearly indicated at the checkout. I understand that Glisshop is located in France and I have only ordered items that I knew I would not require to return. I'm not sure that I would order if I wasn't so sure. However, Glisshop does appear to retain stock that is not available in other outlets, which has proven very useful.

  Site was super easy to use. They had to know the exactly length of my boot for bindings which was fine, a quick simply email conversation was all it took. Skis and bindings all worked great. I will definitely use in the future when I need a new pair of skis

  The service has been great but they charge £40 for returns even thou they promote themselves as in the UK with a .co.uk website. Its not stated on the website about these high charges, they only charge £19 for delivery but £40 to return

  I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but as the price was so good decided to order with Glisshop. My original order included items made in Ukraine and British customs prevents import of items from Ukraine - but Glisshop communications were excellent and the order was quickly cancelled and fully refunded. I ordered an alternative set of skis and bindings during the Christmas break - they arrived within a week in the UK - bindings fully fitted and adjusted for me and my boots. Overall an excellent service - highly recommended.

  Glisshop is by far the best shop I have ever used for ski gear.. the prices are excellent the service is efficient and now the fears of brevity have receeded their prices include tax and shipping and mean you gave nothing to fear.   Good service. I was worried about buying from abroad but after reading reviews made my purchase. Delivery took a bit longer due to the distance but the product was as described and cheaper than I could buy locally.

  I've been a Glishop customer for almost a decade, but sadly this has now ended. If I could give a zero I would. I completed several orders from the UK, however, one of my packages never made it to my home, and it got returned to France, and is now being returned back to the UK. I'm yet to receive my products and this whole process has taken well over a month. I returned another product as it was the wrong size, and after having to pay for the return delivery, I was then treated to being refunded £15.00 less than what I paid for the product. Customer Service throughout this process has been particularly unhelpful, or quick to offer solutions such as resending the same goods whilst the others were returning to sender. This is probably largely affected by Brexit, but it appears Glishop has given up its UK customers.

  We couldn’t find these gloves anywhere else, so this was a great buy. The shipping costs however were very expensive and had we been able to buy from anywhere else we would have done.

  Brit buys skis. Gets them delivered to hotel in Dolomites, Italy. Avoids Brexit/customs issues. There for the holiday, saving ski carriage out - so skis will pay for themselves in two holidays
