  I would highly recommend Glisshop I have used them both in France and the UK. Quick delivery times, great selection of products at reasonable prices and staff are knowledgeable and very helpful if you have any questions about products. Only downside if ordering from UK make sure you budget in the higher delivery cost and import taxes.

  Very helpful and fast responses from the on-line customer service. Only feedback for improvement is the packaging used for my ski transportation. The cardboard outer was quite damaged on receipt - appreciate that's the courier - but was relieved contents were fine. Thanks

  Absolutely flawless!! I was unsure what skis to buy so phoned up and had a 40 minute conversation with a lovely expert regarding which skis were right for me! I ordered just before Christmas and shipping was super fast and I had updates at every point. Definitely will be ordering from here again! Customer service is FANTASTIC!

  Product arrived as expected but once the shipping costs had been added, it was more or less the same price as everywhere else. I kept 1 item and returned the other. I had to pay the very high shipping costs again and they also charged me an additional £10 charge for taping on the original box (even though I went to the trouble of ensuring I did not do this having read the instructions). Although the products are genuine and appear cheaper. It is not worth the risk of having to return or chancing the fact that your product will end up the same price as a more reasonable supplier.

  The customer service is great, I ordered a new pair of goggles for my husband and when he first tried them on he didn't feel they fit right. I contacted Glisshop customer services to find out if I could order a different size. They were really helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. Thankfully my husband decided the goggles did fit ok and we didn't need to change anything, but the fact that Glisshop were ready to help was great.

  My only comment is that it is not clear that Glisshop.co.uk is not a uk company. The goods are sent from France - and DPD and its French arm took nearly a week to deliver.

  This was the first time I have used Glisshop and have not been disappointed! Very good customer service and helpline which ended up rerouting my order to pick up in resort rather than delivered to UK. The two skisets were excellent with bindings attached perfectly. Can’t thank them enough and have no hesitation in recommending - will be using them again.

  filled out a form before order describing my ski size and boot size and selected the option that said I want my skis to be fitted to my bindings and my bindings to be set at the size of the boots. I placed my order. 11 days later I had not received any information about my delivery so I emailed asking where they were and they then said they needed my boot size eventhough I had given them it. if I did not email I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bother sending them. Then when I emailed asking where they were the person that responded was avoiding my questions and was getting quite defensive. would not recommend ordering from here if you need your item quickly

  Incorrect postcode on package. Order held up for some time. Lack liaison from yourselves and carrier stalled things further!! What should have taken an email to correct mistake took weeks. I gave up contacting Glisshop and dealt with problem myself with DPD the end carrier. They themselves were quite un helpful. ,!but I eventually received package via a readdressing process which should have been activated by yourselves!!! Not impressed.

  Don't expect them to package your skis well. Received mine in a broken cardboard box, with no padding/packing. Minor damage to one ski edge as a result, but not worth the hassle of returning. However, prices and product selection is good.

  Glisshop good, the delivery Service they used (DPD) bad, very very bad. My delivery came from France, went out for delivery and ended up back in France. Trying to contact DPD was impossible because they are utterly faceless. Glisshop, thankfully were very helpful and managed to sort it out. Like I said Glisshop good, DPD................

  The products were fine but I had to pay a £45 customs charge which after calling Glisshop, I was informed that I would get a refund. Two weeks down the line after multiple calls and I have still not heard back. It also says on the website’s T&Cs that the DPD delivery fee covers delivery and customs charges so there is no reason to not get back in touch.
