Hello and thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately your parcel was damaged during delivery and one of the items was missing for which we sincerely apologise. We contacted the carrier once you had notified us of the problem but the item could not be located. We issued a refund for the missing item on 6 June. Best regards The Glisshop Team
