Excellent service from start to finish. Glisshop helped me choose and appropriate set of skis, advising me on what would suit me best for my skill level, preferences and height and weight. Delivery was smooth and they communicated well as to when the skis would arrive.

Good service, although I erroneously received the wrong size item, which meant I had to return and cancel the order as timings precluded ordering a replacement. Postage costs and the item were fully refunded, although there is a delay whilst the item travels back to France etc.

For a shop that sells so many brands and products, it takes a little while to get the hang of the filters. However, I did work out how to find the skis I wanted... Ordering etc. was OK - ditto the end of season discount. Delivery was three days to the appartement in the Alpes.
