Verified reviewOrdered a pair of outerknown seventyseven cord shorts on the 1st of May after chasing up what had happened to the order I was told they weren't being sent until the 13th! No reason for this when asked , no transparency! They then didn't turn up for another 5 days. The delivery was a shocking £19 from France. So when I thought I was getting a good deal I wasn't, Wished I'd just ordered from the USA and received the product within 7 days.Not a great customer experience and won't be using them again.

Verified reviewPrice was good for item, However at £19.99 for delivery not good especially as the item was £249.60 normally free delivery, also Slow to dispatch and slow postage, so overall, it was not good. I had to message to find out if my items had been dispatched, I will possibly not use again i will use a company in the UK. As faster delivery and free delivery when spending over £100.

Hello and thank you for leaving your feedback. We apologise for the lengthy delivery period, which was exceptional. We ship to the UK on Tuesdays and Thursdays as indicated on the website. However Thursday 8 May was a bank holiday in France which meant that the next collection was Tuesday 13 May. As for shipping costs, we actually only invoice a fraction of what it costs us to ship to the UK and the price also includes all customs duties. Best regards The Glisshop Team

Verified reviewGlisshop have agreed that I can return one product (skis) for a refund but took three weeks and several phone calls to agree to the return, and since then have consistently failed to arrange for a courier to collect them. Glisshop customer service does not respond to emails. I have to telephone them to get anything done, and the response by telephone is that they have trouble with their courier (Evri) but the skis will be collected at some point. Which means I have no idea when. They refuse to use a different courier who might actually turn up. And the refund will take a further 3 weeks once the skis do get back to Glisshop. This is poor service by any standard.

Due to a transition period in our collaboration between EVRi and Parcelforce, we experienced an IT problem which temporarily prevented us from issuing a return delivery label and this was followed by EVRi's repeated failure to honour scheduled appointments for the collection of your skis. I find the website shows a lot of detail about the sunglasses I wanted to buy, so I could take time and find the right shade and sun protection. I do find the glasses to be very competitively priced and I trust the authenticity and quality of what is on offer. I spoke to William Eiras concerning an identical pair of glasses on an alternative site, he was happy to price match, so the purchase was even more rewarding. I hope to continue purchasing from Glissop and I value their service.
