Great product at a good price. Delivery was quick and efficient. My only issue was a Glissshop emptoyee assured me on the phone that delivery would be delayed a few days until I returned to the UK from holiday. When I returned the products were outside my house and could easily have been stolen.

Initially service was good. 2 pairs of ski boots arrived in good time for a fair price. However, the return has turned into a nightmare. Returned items 5 weeks ago. Still showing on EVRI as in progress. I am still awaiting my refund. UK help line doesn't connect and no one at Glisshop is answering my emails.

Very disappointed again with the transit time, why have a delivery date advised when you place an order only for it to be miles off, this is the 2nd time I've had delayed deliveries, will not be using again unfortunately.
