  I placed an order with Glisshop and the size was wrong, having paid £20 for delivery I had to pay £16 to return the item and another £20 for delivery of the new size. This was disappointing but unavoidable. To add to the poor service the item took one month to arrive from France, having paid the £20 delivery charge, the communication on the delay was poor, so as a previous customer stated unless you are convinced on the size, do NOT order from this company.

  I spent £438 with Glisshop in one transaction and had to return one item which they didn't adequately refund leaving me feeling like I'd been ripped off and I certainly won't be using them again. Be very aware that if you return a product (wrong size or whatever) Glisshop will deduct whatever they want. Their website says they will take a maximum of £25 for for using their recommended carriage but they also claimed that my returned packaging was damaged and they deducted another £45 or so. Gloves cost £136 and I was refunded £66 - less than half the value. I asked for a photo showing proof that the package was damaged but they weren't able to do so. The gloves were in their original packaging and and were very well packaged up in a box. If you are in the UK, I would avoid Glisshop.

  Great service, very quick delivery and quick to help and answer on online chat, unlike Snowleader who are completely the opposite. Glisshop will also also you to split your payments using a debit card, which i havent seen before. 5 days delivery from France and their prices are great too. Will be ordering all my ski products from here in the future! Brilliant service.

  The helmet I bought was good quality and fit well. Delivery to the UK was good. It arrived in good time, maybe slightly longer than predicted. I was worried about having to return it as this is expensive from the UK so make sure that you have tried the product before you buy, if buying from uk but other than that.   Superb. Having been wary of post-Brexit ordering from EU, I took the plunge and was glad I did. Skis arrived well-packaged and relatively promptly. No surprise fees thankfully. Good communication along the way. Price could not remotely be matched in the UK. Very happy. Daresay returns wouldn’t be fun but if you’re sure what you need then Glisshop seems a decent bet.

  Do not buy if you are in the UK. 1 - they are not a UK Company 2 - they charged £20 Delivery 3 - the product supplied was wrong and they charge £40 return So in total I am £60 down and have no product!! I have tried complaining but they blame everything on Brexit!!!

  I was absolutely thrilled to receive my ski helmet just in time for my ski trip. I only ordered the helmet from UK the weekend before the ski trip following a telephone call to Glisshop, where the lady I spoke with reassured me that it was highly likely to arrive in time. I was able to track the progress of the helmet from France to UK via Chronopost and it arrived as predicted 2 days prior to my trip. Thank you

  I’ve bought 3 pairs of skis and now a pair of boots all easy to purchase descriptions were all accurate and helpful. Especially when buying boots on line print out the side chart I know own the most COMFORTABLY pair of boots of thirty years . The only improvement would be a discount code for people who’ve bought three pairs of skis and a pair of boots!!
