  We’ve always had excellent service when ordering products for our son. The quality and sizing is much better in the ID brands than others we have tried. The ordering section is straightforward and delivery is really quick. We always come back to order from here as we are very happy with the service.

  My order has gone up by £30 in two months. I was paying £77 for two boxes of nappies for my special needs daughter and this month I’ve just paid £103 which is horrendous but I feel stuck as I can’t get the product anywhere else. Not good

It seems there has been a misunderstanding regarding your recent order. The additional £30 corresponds to the 4 extra bags of nappies that were included in your recent order, not due to a price increase (the amount of bags in a carton has – as we state on the site – increased from 6 to 8 bags per case). We've maintained the same prices for our products without any changes recently.   Although I found purchasing the items fairly straightforward, the problem came with the delivery. I'm housebound and don't go anywhere, yet despite this the driver didn't even ring the doorbell or knock to let me know that he was there. Instead he left the box sat outside in the open and he had tossed a piece of paper on the ground to say that he had tried to knock but I wasn't there... I'm disabled and use an oxygen machine, I don't go out anywhere, I'm not happy that they lied about the fact that I was home.

  I have always found ordering from id-direct very easy and they process orders/get them out for delivery very quickly. We need a lot of the product I order so I like to take advantage of the free delivery for orders over £45. The only slightly negative thing I’ve found is that the 7 packs are split into two parcels and they’re not always delivered together - yesterday I got one pack and the box with the other six will be here today or tomorrow. Not a huge problem and doesn’t take away from the fact that id-direct are a great company to deal with and their prices are cheaper than other outlets

  Every time my parents have a delivery, the driver just leaves the boxes on the step, rings the doorbell and drives off. Despite a note on his delivery telling him to carry the boxes inoors as my parents are elderly, disabled and vulnerable. Every time I have to contact the company to complain.
