  Unfortunately I have not received the items ordered. I believe they are now at DPD Tyne Side. DPD seem to have an issue delivering to Scotland which is of no use to me. If the item is not delivered by Saturday they will be returned to you once they eventually arrive.

  I found the site very easy to use, but the main problem was that the pads I wanted were out of stock and I had to compromise, and order some that would do, rather than the ones I actually wanted. The new stock is not expected until welll into January.

  Obviously the goods ordered are important. I find it astonishing that because some of the items are out of stock they are automatically cancelled rather than put on hold for delivery when they are available. It also means that though I had ordered enough to qualify for free carriage because I have to reorder I now have to pay carriage or other more.

  Navigation was straightforward, until trying to get to payment. It was possibly my fault, but it took many attempts before I finally got through. However, I would not hesitate to order anything again if I found myself in a similar situation facing insufficient night-time pads due to bureaucrasy and delays for assessments and trial pads, while facing the need to have suitable upgraded pads for overnight for respite care for a week.
