  The ordering and selection of the order was OK. The problem was the delivery. I knew what time it was due, and the door bell was rung, but by the time I had got to the front door (I am disabled and walk with a frame) the driver had gone and left a big box on my doorstep. I had to get a neighbour round to bring it in for me.

  The ordering process is very easy and frequent emails are sent relating to order progress and delivery. The goods were packed well and supplied in accordance with the order. On this occasion however the intended delivery date and time was advised via 2 emails but the delivery did not take place untiul the following day. I was advised of this revised delivery and time slot by email. However the goods were delivered after the expiry of the indicated time slot. In this instance this did not cause any problems as people were present throughout the day.

  My order arrived very quickly but the cardboard box was left on my doorstep in plain sight. There is a large blue bin 0.5m away from where the box was left. Delivery driver is obviously not a deep thinker.

  Quick turnaround of order is superb. I never know when these items are required for the recipient, so my late info is eased by their speed. I can't comment on the actual item - except to say it is the carers choice. They know what's best!!

  So, let’s be grownups about this, incontinence is not an everyday subject you hear in the coffee shops of southern England. Dealing with incontinence from a standing start is challenging, which is the politically correct term for screaming nightmare. We’ve been put in touch with our local continence team who have two speeds, slow and stop. The one good thing they did was to give me the website for their chosen suppliers. This is where life got a little easier. Idirect have done their job without fault. Everything we’ve ordered has arrived within 24 hours, everything ordered has worked (remember, a lot of the products needed have been for a first time) everything is good quality and has contained as required everything thrown at it, excuse the pun. So here we are, the new normal is filled with hurdles that need negotiating and idirects kit make that possible.

  Very satisfied until it came to plans for the delivery. The certain courier will not deliver to me. Have a mobility issue and they do not wait for me to the door. Neither do they ever return again. It’s sent on immediately to a pickup place at a supermarket and held for a week. But I cannot get there either and it means that nobody else can for because there’s a code on my mobile. Asked you to send when I heard through another courier but you replied immediately that you always deliver through the original courier. At a loss. Do not suppose I’ll ever get what I wanted
