  Id-direct has been amazing for me, my son is autistic non verbal and we haven't been able to potty train him as yet, these are the only place I have found pull ups big enough for my boy. They seem comfortable for him and hold liquid really well, couldn't be happier.

  I wss told thst my order would srrive at my mothers house today. I sat there from 8 until 2.30pm. I then got a text telling me that the order hsd been put back until tomorrow. As i requested. I requested no such thing. I tried calling the delivery company snd gave up after 20 minutes.. A wasted day snd ill have to do it again tomorrow. Terrible.

  I only say 4 star because the quality of the pants is sometimes questionable, every delivery I get I have 1 or 2 pairs of pants out of each pack that split too easily, and quite often the size differs from delivery to delivery too, but overall absorbency is brilliant.

  ID have a really easy to navigate Web site and are reasonably priced products. I would be lost with out these items for my daughter and I the delivery is hassle free straight to my door which really helps and pretty quick too..I can't complain. I would give the service an A . Great stuff 👍

  After placing my order I was advised that delivery would take three working days, which would be on Wednesday. I was advised on Monday that delivery would be on Tuesday and on Tuesday morning I was advised that delivery would be between 13.54 and 14.54. Delivery was made around 14.00. Excellent service. Royal Mail cannot match this.
