  Ordered on a Saturday, delivered on the following Tuesday. This was (much) quicker than expected. Site somewhat tricky to navigate (I am 78), but I (fortunately) had a product code as this was a top up order for an already existing (free) NHS supply from a new supplier. The extra cost was worth it as I now know to update my NHS profile as 'requirements' changed..

  I always use this site for my sons incontinence pants. I always have my delivery fast and I am kept well informed of my delivery time slot. Never had a issue I have always received what I ordered and it has been of the quality expected. Also they run promotions at times for a percentage off which can be handy as a regular buyer.

  Good products. However, the delivery company mailed me say they would deliver on Friday between 10.30 and 11.30. Then, on the Friday, another email saying the delivery was cancelled and would be Monday. Just going out on Friday at 11.00, the parcel arrived. Less than confident.

  Although I had been unable to get through on the phone, I sent an email and received a prompt reply which sorted out my problem. It would however have been even better had I been able to have a conversation with someone as I had some questions about the product themselves.
