  Website easy to navigate. Ordering straight forward. Sadly the delivery was awful. The box was not taped down, in fact the deliver company tried to tape one side. Hence to my huge embarassment packets of pads were dropped onto my driveway for all to see :( :( :( I have spoken to them about this and they know to improve. Whoever packed them needs a good talking to and lesson in how to pack these personal items so as not to embarass anyone. I will be using this company again as mistakes do happen, as long as they learn from them. Next delivery will tell :)

  Unable to get through on phone lines.. delivery over two weeks. Incorrect order received. Customer service agents stating chasing order with warehouse but then nothing until I call again which takes forever to actually converse with a real person. Delivery bring the main issue.

  Wrong order sent. Tried calling 3 times per day and never got connected to someone to help with order. Calls were hung up on during hold music due to busy period. Emails sent and eventually responded to. Without needed items for almost a week at point of writing and still awaiting delivery of items purchased. Not a good experience unfortunately.

  Managed to navigate the software quite well, though I had to order the extra long pads instead of the long ones, as they were out of stock. The test for this will be the delivery, as that is where I had problems last time. Was good to get a black Friday discount, as I am a private customer and have to pay for everything.

  Usually have a super quick delivery after placing the order. The pull ups are great for my 10yr old boy with autism who breaks the ordinary large nappies and is very physically active. They also fit neatly under clothing and don’t look too obvious.

  I was promised delivery in 5days when I placed the order. The delivery company stated that they were about to deliver which in 3days, then could not find us, but did not make any attempt to complete the order for about 10 days by which time iD had sent me a replacement order. The delivery company (Menzies) delivered the order 2 weeks after the placement of the order and I returned it via them. I spent a great deal of time chasing iD before they arranged the replacement order 1 week after the promised date.

  Everytime you order they use this service called menzies distribution who has no clue were the order is half the time and Everytime you order you have to chase your order and ontex healthcare has 1 full time and 1 part time worker for customer service why not hire more workers and use a proper delivery service like dpd royal mail or hermes instead of a magazine distribution service
